Plumb Arena makes ordering easy - they have a direct contact number so you can actually speak to someone regarding stock levels, unlike other businesses who only offer online-ordering with no contatc number!
The item I required was not in stock on the date I called but I received a call-back the following day from a member of their team who advised that it was now in the warehouse.
I ordered the part and it ARRIVED NEXT DAY!

Thank you for your order and we hope all is now resolved.
We are very sorry to hear of the issues you have faced with this order and the poor service received. We have looked into this as an internal matter. We found that two members of staff tried to contact you (via Telephone) to clarify the boiler serial number & details but got no response/answer. Therefore, we assumed that this was resolved (apologies).
Due to the part consisting of a lot of separate products, we needed to clarify what parts were required and to make sure that we were supplying parts for the correct model. Obviously, it is very uncommon to sell a full pack of installation products for a new boiler as spare parts.
