Beautiful dress in the nicest fabric, very flattering. I had to do a return to get a better fit and the service was excellent.

The best customer service I've ever received! I ordered a skirt and didn't realise it didn't include the matching top (my fault for not reading description!) I contacted pleat boutique via their online chat. I dont know if it was the owner I was speaking with but he or she went above and beyond. Turns out matching navy top was discontinued but they gave me a very similar alternative, said they could make it in navy to match the skirt, and have it shipped out the following day! Literally mind blown by this. So the top arrived, fits perfectly, outfit looks and feels great and to top it off they have thrown in some matching hair scrunchies!
Like I said, above and beyond. I will definitely be recommending Pleat Boutique to my friends and will order again. Outstanding service and great products! Thank you!

After needing a dress for a wedding oarty at very short notice (original dress wasn't fitting properly) I fell in love with a dress from Pleat Boitique. They sent is as promised next day delivery, and the dress was just as I'd hoped. Received so many compliments on it, will definitely look here next time I have that sort of event.

Love this company. First time I have ordered with them. The clothes are lovely. Great quality. Double lined so nothing shows through. Also love that the designs are simple and classic, you can mix and match the tops for all occasions. Will definitely order with them again. Also they gave a lovely black scrunchy as a thank you for ordering with them. (I did order a fair bit..) Such a lovely touch. Made me feel very special 🥰

I had previously bought a beautiful Pleat Boutique ‘off the shoulder’ black dress from another online clothing company (? Lily) and it was absolutely fabulous so I was really delighted when I saw the choice of clothes on their main website.
I ordered three more dresses, two being white, which I was a little apprehensive about as I was concerned about showing every lump and bump. They don’t and actually pull you in which helped with my mum tum. The doubled layer is quite flattering and the dresses are fairly heavy in weight due to the good quality of the fabric. It isn’t see through either. I love all three dresses and the delivery to Europe was extremely fast and easy. I will definitely buy from this website again and will recommend to friends and family.
