Scam
I’ve spent over a year doing playtests, and then recently I do one, they don’t give me the money, make excuses, then they kicked me out of the programme.

Hey Ewan! Thanks for the feedback. As we don't have the details of your profile we can't comment here but you can write to us at help@playtestcloud.com so we can review this.
Have a great day!
Good for small $$
Joined them & honestly some surveys are awful but some are genuinely fun. Compared to others like scrambly or freecash the cashback is slow but they seem to actually take time to review your responses before sending anything out. So I'd recommend only taking surveys that sound interesting to you otherwise it's really a drag. At the very least receiving payment feels more guaranteed than others where you have to 'qualify' since emails are sent out based off your profile already.

Hey there! Thanks for the review. Yes, we do take time to review everything before it's sent to game devs so this is why it take us up to 3 days to send any payments. If you don't receive anything after this time has passed, please contact us at help@playtestcloud.com and let us know! Happy gaming :)

Wish it was more simple.
Pretty cool idea wish I could see the games surveys on the app instead of my email and also wish the app was more fleshed out.

I'm giving three stars for now,but I've only done one play test so far . I have gotten paid for it but their was a small fee of 25 cents if you cashed it in with PayPal. If I continue to receive playtest and can earn I'll be back to give five stars.

I have been testing with them for at least 5 years, if not more. It's a fun way to make a little extra money. The tests come and you play a game, it's as simple as that. If I've encountered a problem, I just reply to the email the test was sent to and it gets sorted out right away.
I have not had any negative experiences with Playtest Cloud. I highly recommend them and have told a few of my friends the basics of the testing and to try it out.

Terrible Customer Service
Terrible customer service and the help(at)playtestcloud.com email representative Emily doesn't really help you at all and instead gives vague answers to your questions almost as if its an ai response system. Not to mention their lack of support for quite literally anything.

Hi Jetta, thanks for getting in touch. We have received your latest email and responded to it just now. The first response that you received was automated, however there was an invitation included asking you to follow-up if you felt that the answer did not fit your question. I'm sorry you missed that, but our conversation now will go smoothly. Looking forward to hearing back from you!

Hi there! This does sound frustrating, however it does not relate to PlaytestCloud. With PlaytestCloud, testers do not accumulate points. Instead, the reward amount in USD is in the invite email and that amount is what they earn. As a result of this review being related to another service, we have flagged it for not being relevant to PlaytestCloud.
