I've been playing games for cash since they came out and I have yet until now ever received an apology letter from a company normally they blame you for their faults but this company actually sent me a apology letter and I actually believe their sincerity. so if you're trying this gaming company out for the first time be patient and they are definitely going places. we just need to give them time to grow . I have been playing with Mobius over a month
I have been playing with Mobius a little over a month now, I too have a cashout in limbo (619biged1904@gmail) if it matters. It took a little patience to receive my first payout and it is taking a little more patience for my second one that is still "Waiting for approval", but I believe they are just growing at an unexpected rate, and us bombarding them with tickets is not helping.
I like the games and the system in place, and I truly hope your team catches up to your clients so that you may have longevity. I will continue to wait patiently and for all the reasons I stated above, 5 stars is fair, but if I have to wait another month, I might update it a little, lol.
Thank you for a new and innovative way to play and earn, and I hope your growing pains lead to a success story.

They were super fast with their support, and i have never had a problem with the cash this app actually pays they are virtual visas , but you can buy stuff online and money's money!

First cashout received after 40 days. I have now been waiting 11 days and counting on the second. Will keep you updated.
I have been waiting for my cashout for 37 days. It still says waiting for approval. Two support tickets have been submitted and the only reply I received on either was "we'll have the finance department look into it." That was three weeks ago and not a word from them since. The support bot suggested submitting a third ticket and when I agreed the support bot stopped working. Now all I get is "I'm sorry, I have encountered an error. Please try again." I have enough earnings for a second cashout but I can't submit it until they fix the first one. This is very disappointing.
UPDATE: After 40 days I have finally received my cashout. It took a long time but they did finally correct the situation so I will give them a second chance. I have submitted a second request which the app says I should get within 5 days. If they have sorted their issues and pay this second cashout on time I will update this review and my rating. This could be a very good app if they can overcome the long waits.
UPDATE 2: It seems the 5 days was only the initial waiting period which they have increased from the 1 day that it used to be. So it is now a 5 day wait before the cashout is even sent to be reviewed even though it clearly states that you should get your money at the end of those 5 days. I really don't understand how they thought that would solve their problem. With that 5 day waiting period and the 6 days this cashout out has been waiting for approval I am now up to 11 days and counting waiting on this second cashout. It really is a shame. They just added a bunch of new games that I would love to try out and earn some rewards for, but I just can't bring myself to do it knowing I will have to wait such a long time to get paid. I had hope after they finally took care of the first cashout, but it's right back to the same long wait.

So I had issues with all my cashouts so far but with being a new business, it's to be expected. The last cashout I did was the worst one but after leaving a review about how long it was taking, someone finally responded. I appreciate that very much. So mobius has a lot of potential. They have a multitude of games and it pays better than a lot of the other apps like it. I like the fact that they have leaderboards for daily and other ones. Also, with the bonuses you can get when they notify you, almost daily, are better than any others so far. I mean, you can't beat getting 1-3 dollar a min for each and every new game you download and play for at least 2 mins. The tracking is perfect so far too which is rare in these type of apps. I like not worrying about if it picked up my progress in games. That's a huge plus. So the only thing to gripe about, really, is the cashouts. They are sloww and get overlooked alot, it seems but just be persistent and leave a review to let them know and someone will get back to you. All in all, 4 stars because cashouts are a major part in this stuff and I hope to make it 5 stars when they work out all the kinks.

Terrible support.
It has been 2 weeks and I am still waiting for approval for my rewards. After 25 minutes messing with terrible AI support, I was finally able to open a ticket,it's been 4 days since I opened a new ticket and still have not received a reply nor my cash rewards. I also have over a dozen quests that have not been given credit for after spending money to make sure they were completed in time. I am unable to cash out any more winnings until my "approval" for my last cash out comes through. I'm sure this review will not help matters either but it needs to be heard.

I built up $300 credit in my account after spending over $250. Once I hit $75 cash out it has been pending two months. Now if I enter ticket it's auto closed.

Scam app
At first this seemed like a good app but as soon as you reach the 45 cash out good luck receiving it. Support does not answer and just closes tickets and leave your 45 dollars pending. Don't waste time spending any money because you can earn pass the 20 dollar cash out.

UPDATE, since the response here my account was reinstated, and my payout was approved.
i hesitantly hope for the best, because prior to the below problems it really had been one of the best offers apps available.
will update again if things change.
started out great, got my first reward with no incident. when it came time for my second I had been willing to give them the benefit of the doubt when my $25 payment was delayed. it did end up coming a few days late. however after requesting my $45 reward, which I received a majority of due to making in-app purchases because of an advertised promotion for 100% cash back on in-app purchases. I request my withdrawal, a few days pass, and as it nears the expiration time on the timer for my payout suddenly without explanation my account is suspended for "suspected fraudulent activity" without explanation, and trying to get a hold of support is nearly impossible The support email on their website does not work you have to submit a ticket through the application that logs you out over and over again because you have a banned account and you have to fight with an AI chatbot to get it to let you start a support ticket. I've gotten one response, explaining the reason for The restriction on my account is due to making purchases, so the advertise a promotion saying make purchases, then suspend your account because of the purchases that they were promoting in their cash back offer. they have requested that I send them receipts of my purchases, and in the beginning I was a bit peeved but I said fine I understand that there's not just their hands involved and maybe the original offer provider needed the information or something. I said okay fine send receipts of everything, to the email that they provided in their response, and I uploaded them in the support chat thing in app, I provided the requested documentation over a week ago now. mind you this was not my first interaction with their customer service, and in the first response to my original support ticket on this matter I had a response within a few hours. and it was on a weekend, similar in my original cash out problem not a long wait time. it's been over a week and I've not received confirmation they have received my documents, I have not received a estimated timeline, I've received no actual customer service in any sense. I've opened multiple support tickets as that's what their chat bot insists that you do, and they close my requests for support without response The original request is still open with still no response. had this been a matter of rewards not being paid and I did not have my own money involved I would be annoyed and frustrated but I would just let it go. but they in their terms of use over and over again say there is no cost to user, and then they advertise 100% cash back bonus deal it wasn't through the gaming partner or anything like that it wasn't through the original offer provider it was through Mobius directly, it was for any game that I had downloaded through them up to $50. so you directly advertise an offer, you get me to spend my money, and I do so because I'm of the understanding that within a few days I will receive this money back. The only reason that I spent that money was due to their promotional offer.
and suddenly when the clock is about to run out on the amount of time remaining for me to receive my payment instead of logging into find My reward card I log into see account suspended.
I really had hoped that they were going to come through resolve the issue, or communicate literally at all and update me on what was going on.
but here we are, no response, no resolution.

I'm rating this at a 2 star for now because I just downloaded it about 5 days ago. I cashed out 15$ about a little over 3 days ago. I'm still waiting for approval. If I get my 15$ by tomorrow night. I'll rate at least 3 or 4 stars. It depends and I'm seeing reviews that are bad for this app. So, tomorrow night will be the true review I give it.

UPDATE: It did take longer than expected, however Mobius did process my withdrawal and I received the money in my PayPal. It is a good platform, was a little frustrating but I don't think it was anything intentional, just a miscommunication.
