This is a first class mobility company. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are wonderful. Outstanding knowledge of people’s needs do not look anywhere else.

First class service, great communication

Platinum Mobility was so helpful when i was needing to purchase a chair and they helped me with the cost and made everything feel so easy to do as looking for a chair can be daunting but they made me feel at ease and they gave me a great deal and then when i received it and i needed help they were there to help me and from me first contacting to now if i need anything or if im unsure about something they are always there to help even after closing times honestly They made me feel like I matter and they honestly went above and beyond for me, and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would And you will not find anywhere that could compare to Platinum Mobility not with price and patience and the customer service is the best ive ever known and I can not Thank you enough Amazing And the products really are like new and I have a power chair but they do all sorts of different mobility aids

I have just purchased a Permobil M1 Powerchair. I purchased through eBay paid via Klarna. My chair was delivered within the week. No hassle, no fuss. Delivery was smooth, delivered on a pallet, delivery man was lovely. I had a couple of queries and I what's app'd Ben was full of knowledge and helped me. Highly recommend this company. The chair is in top class condition like new.

Editing my review - after 5 weeks the company finally exchanged the chair I bought that had problems. New chairs seems great! They did deliver the new one and take the old one away at the same time so that was great and saved us having to wait in twice 🙂 I’m hoping we have no more issues now 🤞

I was in the market for a centre wheel drive chair and had decided on the Quickie Q700M.
I went through Sunrise Medical assessment and worked out what features would be suitable for me. The price for this chair brand new came out at £11000. After receiving this heart attack inducing information I politely declined the offer of purchasing this chair from them.
I decided to do a search on the internet for this exact model of chair and sifted through the vast list of chairs for sale.
I came across Platinum Mobility and had a good look through their inventory. I soon found the chair that had all the bits and bobs on that Sunrise had quoted me for. The chair was 10 months old ex Motability lease and was for sale at a price I couldn’t refuse, just over £2000, yes that’s right, crazy huh?
I was onto the company faster than light. I spoke to a guy called Rob very friendly chap and knew his products. Nothing was too much trouble but he did have some bad news the chair I had seen was sold the day before and the system hadn’t updated yet, my heart sank. However Rob advised me that he had received a chair just like the one I had looked at that very morning.
Rob jumped into action and moved the chair to the front of the que so it could be checked cleaned and photographed for me to see. I wanted a different colour scheme and flip back arms which Rob was able to supply (chargeable).
I paid for the white glove delivery at £180 but the delivery guy will make any further alterations to the chair ie foot rest height arm adjustment etc rather than go for the cheaper delivery option of the chair just landing by a carrier.
It is such a pleasure to deal with a company who looks after their customers so well. I would highly recommended to anyone if your in the market for a chair have a look at Platinum Mobility you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent. The whole team at Platinum Mobility are first rate. They are kind, have integrity and are really there to help. I cannot fault the way we were handled. Even though I had to return the piece of equipment, it was nobody’s fault, it just didn't work for my son. They were patient and helpful throughout. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Well done Platinum Mobility!

This is my 3rd chair from this wonderful company nothing is to much trouble communication is fantastic from buying the chair till the delivery and after should you need to speak to anyone .I would 100% recommend this Company to any one needing any mobilty items .Thank you for all you have done for me my new Chair is fantastic would expect any thing less .

Fantastic company with great customer service. We just bought a quantum 4front 2 for my partner and she loves it. It arrived on time and in fantastic condition. Unfortunately the seat tilt function wasn’t working but they were excellent and we got the joystick programmed for the seat tilt in no time. Absolute please to deal with and will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

Being housebound, I wanted to get out and about so I wanted a power wheelchair that could cope with rough ground, grass and gravel pathways, something my present wheelchair could not do.
Not being able to afford a brand new chair, I came across Platinum Mobility who sell reconditioned wheelchairs. I purchased a SUNRISE QUICKIE Q500 M 6MPH ELECTRIC RISE MOBILITY POWERCHAIR WHEELCHAIR 906. It arrived within a few days and I could not be happier. Despite being 3 years old, it was in excellent condition. A couple of questions were quickly answered by the team at Platinum who were most polite and helpful.
I would highly recommend this company for mobility needs.

From ordering to delivery everything went as smoothly as possible. The chair is in great condition and looking forward to using it.
Delivery driver was brilliant, he waited until a funeral that was outside our house to leave before he unloaded. couldn't find any fault with Platinum Mobility or its delivery company. Highly recommend

Easy to order and got exactly what was advertised for my hubby. Had it delivered by pallet very nice helpful delivery drive. Only sight thing is a delivery date or tracking would have been helpful in advance if I’m doing really picky. Chair seams great so far around house and garden yet to take it out and about. But can’t fault the services and will be ordering my next chair from them too

Wow, what incredible service after being messed about for almost a month by another dealer.
The amazing Ben, sorted out everything for me even though he knew I had to wait for my funds to come through , he listened and acted immediately and solved my mobility problem . Delivered by the wonderful Jason was just as efficient and unders.
I would honestly not recommend anyone else. Platinum Mobility are considerate, empathetic and efficient in sorting things out.
