Ordered 4 items for collection
Ordered 4 items for collection. 2 of the 4 were cut to the wrong size. 1 was a different brand and colour material than ordered, the final piece did not come with the manufacturer's protective film on (or any indication of which brand it was), just covered in masking tape.
Plastock did agree to re-cut all of the pieces, but in a different thickness, due to stock availability.
During the phone conversation, I was told that they would re-cut and there would be no charge for the order due to their mistake. When I later followed up to request my refund, I was told that I misunderstood the conversation and that there was no charge for the re-cut, and that I wouldn't be receiving a refund.
I sent an email, to which Plastock called me rather than giving a written response. I was told that mistakes happen and they've done their best to fix it. I have received 0 compensation for the wasted journeys, or for the delays it's caused during a construction process.
I challenged why a different material was sent out, and was told it was a suitable equivalent. This was not communicated prior to collection, and it is not mentioned in the terms and conditions that you may be liable to receive your goods cut from a different brand of material.
