Terrible staff
This is a really bad company. Don't be fooled by their high-ish rating on google, they falsely report every negative review they get as "false engagement" until Google takes it down. I've noticed they've had 6 negative reviews in the past few months taken down, including mine. After appealing the removal of it with Google, I got my review reinstanted. The problem is when reviews get taken down, you don't get notified so everyone who left a negative review will need to manually check it's still there (and they probably won't).
I placed an order and it didn't arrive. Weeks later it still hadn't arrived so I got my money back through chargeback. Plants Depot contacted me to tell me they were closed during the period I placed my order. This wouldn't be a problem if their site hadn't said they were open every day when they weren't and had the option of paying for guaranteed next day delivery. Clearly not guaranteed if they're closed.
None of this would be a real issue though. They were closed and forgot to update their site. The problem is they were so so abusive in emails. Really horrible staff. They refused to take any accountability for false information on their site, even blamed me for paying for next day delivery - because it's my fault for thinking they were open when their site said they were open?
Their original response to my review was also extremely nasty, I took screenshots of it before they deleted it and came up with a nicer response. Their staff are horrible, just avoid
