Interesting range of indoor plants, some very unusual and some wonderful large specimens.

You charged us €20 to deliver, but the driver arrived earlier than arranged, and when we called them back, there was no answer. So the goods were posted to us in the end. Why couldn't you just have done that to begin with? And €20, you could've gotten a cab and/or a deliveroo to deliver the goods. Don't charge top dollar for a disappointing service

Perfect order

I bought a gift voucher for my daughter and found the site efficient and easy to navigate. My daughter loves the store for the variety of 'plantlife' and the helpful staff.

Packed up order quickly on collection

The plants arrived in good condition.... Was really hassle free, the delivery and the plant images was same as what I got.

What didn't work.
I didn't get confirmation email or in my spam folder. As it was my first time, I doubted the authenticity of the website and had to go to the shop to check if they got my order.

I have bought plants from Urban Plant Life several times. The plants have been of excellent quality - very healthy and well-established.

Urban Plant staff could not be more helpful. I couldn't get parking near it so a very kind gentleman took my card and tapped it and brought out my purchase of compost to my car along with receipt. I am so grateful and went home to do some lovely planting.

It's a little gem in the heart of Dublin. And I found the plant that was available nowhere else. Bought and paid for it online, and then they kept it till I was able to travel to Dublin (from Bantry)

It's really quite astounding. One minute you are walking down a fairly nondescript urban streetscape, surrounded by what passes for architecture these days. Then a gateway and few steps later you enter a lush, green paradise. Stopped me right in my tracks. How often does that happen?
Everyone should go there. Find it on the map and take a walk, maybe a buy a fern or something. Live a little!

Great selection of plants, and able to make recommendations for similar alternatives if needed.
Being able to get them delivered is also great.

While there was no choice in the smaller, cheaper plants, my wishes were largely accommodated. I was hoping for non flowering bromeliads, but, I guess most people grow them for the flowers and throw them away afterwards, while I have bromeliads that lated over 10 or 20 years either the original plant or generations of them, depending on the species. The fern and cat grass were perfect... 🙂
