high quality liquid culture, i inoculated 30 jars useing 2 lq syringes most were almost fully colonized in a couple weeks with no failed jars. i did it in open air through injection ports with a alchole lamp to sterize between injections. blue meanie and lions mane culture syringes into sterilized barley. i will definitly use there culture again.

Ordered from planet spores 5 times and always ended up with exactly what I was wanting. Only 1 order I had an issue with, they were supposed to be albino but there were some brown caps mixed in the bunch. I emailed planet spores with my issue and they came through and replaced my order so I'm more than 100% satisfied! Very reputable and legit business!! They are my only source I trust, thanks planet spores!!

I ordered 2 different cultures. One worked amazingly colonized very well, and the other, Amazonian did not unfortunately. I reached out to Customer Service, and they actually replaced the one that didn’t work. This company definitely stands by their product, they have really great customer support. I will definitely be a repeat customer and always tell anyone I can about my great experience. Planet spores is definitely a go to for me!

Great shop A+++ transaction I was stoked to find most of the gourmet mushroom spores in one spot cannot wait to set up and get cooking. shipping was timely cost effective and easy. would have liked to see the common cooking mushroom spores but its not a big enough deal to transfer into a rating :) will shop there again

Had issues with the original delivery from post Canada but planet spores were super responsive and resent the parcel. Couldn’t recommend them more.

I couldn't be more pleased with Planet Spores. I had a few questions questions for the company before placing an order, Tyler answered all of them and was extremely helpful. I placed an order and the package arrived in 3 days. Surprisingly the spores are already starting to colonize, this company is my new go-to for mushroom spores.

I have had great customer service with this company thus far.
They have been so generous in answering questions and communicating, and when I had received a product that might have been compromised in delivery, they let me know that they will be sending out a replacement, with full graciousness.
I do not know if my purchases will have the outcome I desire, so I can't speak for quality assurance as of yet.

Horrible customer service I got ghosted after pointing out a issue with some of their spores they sent me. I purchased two types one was clean and no issues the other not so much. I would suggest finding a different company that actually offers real customer service like they claim to offer.

We exchanged emails I told you about the issue you asked for pictures I sent you five or six pictures to you within minutes then no response from you for hours like the better part of the day. So sorry if that leaves me feeling ignored and ghosted maybe you may want to better communicate with your customers. I really wish I could post the email exchange I am having with this wonderful example of what not to do as a business owner. What a total gem this person is.

These guys talk a great game but if they don't like your review of the customer service they don't publish it on their website. So the reviews on the website are all cherry picked another sign of a horrible business you say that 24 hours is fair when dealing with a complaint is that dealing with it to completion or is that to reply to information requested by you? You have all the excuses but no real plan to fix your horrible customer service other than to blame the customer. Real classy move. Forgot to update got a free ounce in the mail from these losers won't say what the ounce was but let's say it was not green. Sadly these smart guys forgot I live in BC were all drugs are legal so sending that was nothing more than putting money in my pocket. Even after all that it doesnt change the fact that your spores are complete trash.
