Not sure why this isn’t a bigger thing already. I try to do what I can to live thinking of the environment and this is genius, can get games for my DS and myself and know I can help make a difference by doing an otherwise day-to-day activity without having to take up extra time. Will be recommending!

As a new customer, had an issue purchasing a nicely discounted PC game. Submitted a Customer Service email late Friday night, not expecting a reply, at the earliest, next week. To my surprise, not only received a reply Saturday morning, but the problem was fixed, allowing me to get a working Steam key at a great price!
Kudos to a true "Customer" oriented Service!

Makes me feel fuzzy inside to buy a game I could get most places but instead buy a game and help save our planet.

Pre-Purchased Borderlands 4.
Received the key a day early and had no issues applying it to my steam account in North America.

I'm happy to support a company like PlanetPlay that is helping save the planet while also using verified keys that directly come from partnered companies.

Good price (% based sale even on a preorder!), key arrived in time, activated well, all good :)

Completely incapable of processing orders.
Errors every single time, "Please try again 'later'" aka after the sale is over. Error every time with no workaround. Site is incapable of performing its function.

I purchased a game key, couldn't redeem it, and it took several hours to get a response from support. They just told me, "Well, your key isn't claimed. Here are the steps to redeem it." When I told them the issue was that I couldn't claim the key, not that I didn't know how, there was radio silence. It's the worst key site I have used, and I have used bad ones.

I made two orders with you guys. You're clearly cherry-picking the one that went "well" and not the actual order with the issues.

Prepurchased Monster Hunter Wilds because they had a great deal. Got the steam key well before release date and was able to add it to my account. Also my purchase got to go to a good cause as well. 10/10

Gaming that helps the planet? Amazing! I have purchased many titles from this website and all worked as expected. Very reliable games at a good price while still helping the environment. I'm not a fan of dark mode on websites - but this is more of a personal preference than a criticism per se.

Smooth and easy to use games shopfront. The only thing I would mention is that, customer service is a bit slow in getting back
