I bought two blurays in the 2 for £15 sale. The shipment was “partially shipped”. I’ve received one but not the other. There is no explanation as to why they’ve only sent me one item. The other item is still in stock. Have contacted them several times with no reply. Would not use this company again! Customer services are a joke!

DVD arrived on time

I ordered two ‘Limited Edition’ 88 Film blurays, although the standard editions were sent.

Fair enough mistakes happen and I’ve tried to sort it out before posting a review but have got nowhere. I just want to either return and have the correct blurays sent out or get a refund.

Their website says to contact them to initiate returns within 30 days (and that they will respond quickly). It’s now 3 weeks with not even an acknowledgment, despite completing the contact form several times, sending various emails to both them and their parent company Elevation Sales, and posting on their Facebook page.

These are definitely the standard editions as the limited ones come in a numbered sleeve, with booklets/art cards, posters etc. I am trying to collect the set, as have others, hence my frustration with this order. I’m aware that there are standard versions of the movies and the website states “normal” on others in the set, but the two I ordered are listed as the “Limited Edition” versions. I am now stuck with two blurays I don’t want.

If Planet of Entertainment read this could you please have the decency to respond to my numerous requests. One stated I’d like to complain but again no answer; take it you have no complaints policy in place and just like your returns policy you get round them by ignoring people. Yet I’ve had 4 repeat requests from you for feedback via trust pilot ….well here it is.

Bought a couple of 4k blu-ray films that were on offer that I want and they delivered as promised. Don't usually use Facebook ads but I check them out and glad I found another 4k blu-ray shop to use in the future.

First time ordering from Planet of Entertainment whom I found by accident whilst searching for a hard-to-find 4K steelbook. Prices were ridiculous at other retailers so thought I would give them a try as they had it in stock, at retail. Their service was absolutely brilliant! Fast dispatch & delivery, the item came well packed & protected and in perfect condition. I can highly recommend them and would definitely buy from them again! :)
