Yeah do not deposit any money with these people, this is the worst I've ever been treated. I see all the BAD reviews on Planet 7 and wonder why I am still with them after 10 years.. hahaha. But its true...I am LOYAL in spite of past issues and I have a very mixed review.
GOOD: The game variety is good with new games showing up regularly.For the most part customer service is friendly and swift with any issues other then payout. I have won,cashed out maybe a dozen times and always gotten paid EVENTUALLY.
BAD: The withdrawl process can be complicated and drag on for months. Only one time did I receive auth and payout with in their listed time frame( it did suprise me). So if you are lonely and like to chat with friendly support people OFTEN...you might want to go there. If you want to collect your winnings without hoop jumping and a loooooong wait....I hear there are better places to go.
Currently I am still waiting for a wire that was authorized Sept 15th. This time I'm told its the processors fault.

Worst online casino there is, along with their other sister casinos. Spent weeks trying yo withdraw 2500 from them and 900 from slots of vegas....submit withdrawal, give them all info they ask, wait 10 days and the money is back in my casino account. They claim i didnt provide something so i provide it to them, wait 10 days, and again money back in my casino account. this want on forever and i never did get that money......DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY WITH THEM. If it's too good to be true... it's FRAUD! I heard the hype and figured I'd give it a try. Supposed "free" $285 chip. So, I completed sign up form. Once they got my personal info, Planet7Casino broke their contract by obstructing my access. A "confirm email" message popped up, but no link was sent to my email. There was no way to proceed! This is a gimmick to obtain your personal data!

Pretty much same as these other people should have read the reviews before putting money in… won 5000 tried to withdraw 2500 then they took days to approve/deny then ended up denying it, but then I still waited a few days cause I kept checking the transaction section and all of a sudden it disappeared off there, and all the deposits leading up to the withdrawal disappeared too. So these A-holes tried deleting all the transactions to make it look like I never won or withdrew anything, or even made a deposit to win anything!!! Shadiest thing I’ve ever witnessed with one of these places but I guess that’s what I get for not just going to a normal casino… don’t waste your effin time…

At first I doubted because of all the bad reviews I've seen about this casino but still played in it because it was the only casino where I would win more than other online casinos and when I luckily got a big win and decided to withdraw by check everything was faster than I expected and today my checking account is happy Lol honestly I do recommend this casino Im not being paid to write this

Planet 7 is absolutely a freaking scam!!! I did one of their promotions got up to $5,000 cashed out $2,500 and played the rest in different machines to kind of test the waters…then they denied my withdraw and took the $2509 because they said I had $10 from another promotion which I did not have a balance when I started and believe it was an excuse to not pay me! Seriously, do yourself a favor and STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!

I won a 1900.00 jackpot at the beginning of August and have attempted to redeem it several times several different ways but they keep coming out with some BS and keep rejecting redemption. Planet 7 is part of a large group of online casinos, Raging Bull, Dreams, Slotsgarden, Silver Oak, Royal Ace, Vegas Strip and Slots of Vegas to name a few. I’ve made six withdrawals from their casinos all with same result. They do not adhere to any of their timelines for withdrawals per their own terms and conditions. As a result I’ve has to go on multiple chats each time and push them to get the payment. At a bare minimum it will take you four weeks to get paid but the average is much higher and their excuses are never ending. If you have doubt to what I’m saying, I can show you withdrawal dates, chat transcripts and final payment times to back up everything I’m stating. I currently have a withdrawal from Aug. 4th from Raging Bull that still hasn’t been paid, today is Sep. 6th!!!

Dont bother. Unless you wanna lose your money because it's impossible to withdraw here's one of their rules inorder to withdraw " before requesting a cash out. This means that the Player must wager $200 X 30 = $6,000 before requesting a withdrawal from their account. And they never verify you so don't give them your information like I did, I'm kinda scared that these sick scum bags have a picture i.d and my address information , whose knows what they can plan to do with that information this site must be shut down before other. People get robbed for their money and information with a picture of them

I don't know what to do ... I have called the customer support line. I have emailed the casino I have done the online chat . I have screen shotted all the conversations and now I am recording all calls. Ii have gotten absolutely no where . I have been told different stories from all the reps. I find out the call centre is the same people as on the chat. Every single person has told me something different. I first requested my withdrawal on the 13th of August . I then received a email saying that they can't do a cheque as it would take over 30 days. On their site it's shows different. I was told my withdrawal was denied because they could not provide a cheque but I had to download a app and get bitcoin. I have never in my life ever used bitcoin. Ever. I then had to provide some ID number. Not once twice or three times but over 35 times . I emailed and called texted the ID number. My response from them is you need to send it in. But I have . 35 times. I then get a ok rep and he says send it to me now. I do and his says I escalated the problem. I then I get a email saying they never received it. I call again and the girl says send it in. I did and she says I escalated it. I get another email. Sorry never got it. It's 7 days now and everyone has said something different. Then today again they say ok I escalated it. You should have your withdrawal by end of this year. Online it's says 14 days. Other companies say 3 days. It's 700 dollars not 100 .That's alot of money. Alot. I'm in shock and still don't believe it was done. I am now locked out my account. I read online that planet 7 is known to do this and they have been blacklisted. I'm out 700 and I am going to the news the papers billboard signs . I will not stop until this casino gets shut down. If anyone is reading this and have the same experience please message me I have a Interview with the news to get this story out

I won here a couple times and they gave me "vip" status which only means that I'm not eligible for their bonus offers as they use these to lure new people. Once I was "vip" the slots didn't pay. Custom service responded slow. There was glitches in all the slots I paid. Total scam to lure people in then rob them on purpose only trying to get new members to fall in a trap. There are much better more reputable casinos I can waste my money on

I won $3,300 and they procrastinated sending my money. Finally when I thought I was in the clear and winnings were being sent they deposited back into my account. I refrained from playing with the money for a few days until I got so frustrated and lost it all. Very unhappy with this casino. I feel taken advantage of. Easy to deposit but not withdraw so unfair

Total lie say giving you free money to play $30 after playing 1 day got up to 280 changed games and they took 160 of my winnings 5xs the amount that was supposed to be given to be free to play. Then couldn't hit anything with the funds they left me with. I attempted to contact them to never get as reason why. Then constantly sending emails to deposit funds! A complete fraud and malicious in their intent don't take the free money if you win anything of value they will take it from you, to get you to deposit your money. I will never use again!

This casino has great games but if you want to play for free go ahead and play here. I joined three weeks ago and i still cannot withdraw. After playing and losing constantly I decided to withdraw my 50 pound deposit and close my account , after I told them what I think of there site and asked them to close my account I was then blocked , account closed 7 days later still waiting for my deposit back.....Total scam
