Better price and quality than High Street
Bought a couple times from here because the quality is so good for what you pay! £15 for a long lasting breathable T-shirt. I used to shop at Zara and H&M etc and got fed up of overpriced clothes being such a joke - always looking unflattering and falling apart after a couple months and having those weird synthetic fabrics. They also keep overproducing new tacky stuff to keep with trends, burn old clothes etc. And for all we know they could be produced in sweatshops. So this brand’s ethical transparency is reassuring. Such a confidence boost when clothes actually fit nice! Only thing I’d change because I’m picky is that the neckline is a bit tight and high up which is comfy for Autumn but not hot Summers lol. It does give it a nice look with some outfits though :)

I am super happy.
The cro tch is so low it splits. The material and price and ethics are lovely but the split cro tch is concerning. Also, it would be awesome if there was a suitable weight jogger for summer, say 300gsm. 450gsm is winter only. The hoodie is lovely too but it is quite so baggy that it caught a bolt and ripped. A non oversized fit range of 450gsm would be splendid. Thank you very much. Trustpilot do not allow the word c r o t c h.

Hi Solomon, thank you for your review and so sorry to hear that your joggers have split at the c r o t c h (following your lead here with the spacing). After investigating this further with our factory, the split issue appears to be the sewing thread tension strength of our double strength cotton sewing thread. This has lead to a small number of our joggers coming apart in a similar way to yours which shouldn't happen - we are currently working on a fix with our design team. Please send them back to us for free via our returns portal and we would be happy to refund you or send you a replacement. With your return if you could kindly write your name, order number and 'faulty' on a piece of paper, that would be great. Just so our warehouse team can quickly identify your return and take your joggers out of circulation. I have to say, I rarely write reviews, but the customer service this company gave was incredible. I ordered some t-shirts as a Christmas gift last year but, due to Royal Mail's strike, there was a delivery delay and I was concerned they wouldn't arrive in time. As the purchase was a gift, the company founder so very kindly sent some more t-shirts via special delivery which did arrive on time! And not only that, he advised that I could keep the original package once it arrived! I was so touched and I cannot recommend PLAINANDSIMPLE enough....I'm just so sorry I've taken so long to leave a review.

Great idea poor execution.
I love the idea behind this company so I bought several premium weight black t shirts for £19 each (Order PS8135) expecting them to be a much better quality than what you can get elsewhere for less than half the price. The claimed premium cotton is not that much different to what you can get in M&S for £6 and the M&S ones are a better fit. It’s also worth pointing out that it takes nearly 2 weeks to receive a refund from the date they receive the returned order. You have to do better guys as there’s to much competition to get this wrong. I’d never buy again.

Noted for your return/refund feedback - as per our return policy, it usually takes 7-14 days for your return to be processed by our warehouse team and for your refund to be issued. T-shirts were delivered extremely fast, just in time before my trip. I have to mention that I was glad to see compostable packaging and the high-quality T-shirts inside.
