Pixi Vitamin C Capsules…
I've been using Pixi Vitamin C Capsules and overall, it's been a great addition to my skincare routine. The capsules burst easily, delivering a potent Vitamin C serum that brightens my skin beautifully and improves texture over time – my complexion looks healthier and more even. It's fantastic for travel too, as the individual capsules are super portable and mess-free, perfect for hotel stays or weekends away. The only minor drawbacks are that the scent can feel a bit strong initially when you break the capsule, and I've noticed slight itchiness on application a few times (though it fades quickly). Despite those small things, I really like it and will repurchase.

Placed an order on Oct 24,2025, had to spend more than $45 to get the free shipping, it is currently Nov 1, 2025 and still have not received shipment. I would have received the item already through their Amazon account with faster shipping, no minimum, and for the same price of $24... Only when they have it in stock. Avoid the website if you can, their shipping sucks for how high the minimum is to get free shipping. Buy through Amazon if you can.

My item was broken upon arrival. CS of Pixi provided very excellent service. They sent me the replacement with good condition.
No customer service, products inconsistent
Contacted customer care with a question about a product which seems to have undergone a formula change, they ignored the question (presumably as they are using AI rather than humans to respond) and haven’t replied to the follow up.

Appalling Customer Service
Tried to contact Pixi since December about issues with a bottle of Pixi tonic and an eyeliner which arrived broken. Have sent photos - messages via their website contact form, emails, messages on Facebook - NOTHING BACK. I have been using Pixi products for many years and rarely had an issue but it seems there is no-one in customer service! Now looking to use another brand as no point in being a good customer when company can't respond to issues.
I GOT MY REFUND LADIES!
I hope this review reaches all the disgruntled ladies that never got their packages and Pixi still has their money. There is a really easy way to have it fixed I promise. I, like others have been trying for seven weeks to reach Pixi. I’ve sent six messages and called both the UK number and the 1-800 number. I believe Pixi is having technical issues and are not receiving the messages I have sent. I at times used the “Contact Us” form and it states they have received the message. I have also replied to my shipping confirmation email a few times as it states to do so at the bottom of the email if there are any problems with my order. I get the whooshing sound of mail sent as well as a copy of the sent email in my inbox so I know it’s being sent and the issue isn’t on my end. I could never reach anyone on the UK number and yes I did use my country’s exit code and UK’s entry code and I made sure I called within the proper UK time frame. After ringing it just always said that no one was available. Again I know the phone call went through to the UK because when I checked my call history it says the call was placed to London, England. I don’t believe anyone there would have been able to help anyway because when I called the 1-800 number I immediately heard the sound of a real live human voice and that man explained to me that he wasn’t sure what he could do to help me because he just works in the office. Here is how I found the right number. I thought this isn’t making sense and there has to be a way! This is a huge company and this can’t really be their regular practice, at least not on purpose, so I just googled “how do you get a refund from Pixi when your package is returned to them?” Then I click the link that takes me to Pixi faq and the question “what if my stuff arrives damaged?” Basically info on how to return items to Pixi. Obviously we can’t return what we’ve never received, but by this time Pixi has had the beauty products back for three weeks. Worth a try to call the number provided in that faq answer. Here is the number for North America 1-201-512-5675. This will work for both US and Canada. For anyone outside of North America I’d suggest going to that question in the faq on the Pixi website that you use to place your orders. I called this number and it kept saying no customer service agents were available, but it gave me the option to leave a message. I of course figured that this was futile and I’d never hear from anyone, but I decided I’d leave a message and keep calling off and on. A few hours later I was in my email and saw that I had a reply from Tiffany and she had made contact only 15 minutes after I had left the message. I sent an email back explaining the situation and also providing my order # as well as the latest tracking # provided when the package was being sent back to the UK and I inserted pictures of the tracking information. A few hours later I was issued an apology and a refund. I’m so grateful that I found the proper number! I have my faith restored in Pixi and I feel secure in placing another order and if anything like this happens again I now have a good way of making contact. I’m so grateful to Tiffany which took away all my frustrations. She also checked my account and there was no record of any messages. I know lots of people will just think she was fibbing, but she fixed the problem with such ease I think they would have just done that before had they known about it. I do hope they get their tech fixed soon as Pixi was amazing after someone finally knew about the situation. It was fixed so quickly like you’d expect it to be. Try this number ladies. I think you can all get your money back! Thank you so so much to Tiffany! Viva Pixi!🥰

I received 2 incorrect items In my order.
When I emailed customer services to request the correct order, they responded with the fact that they are low in stock of both items, hence why they sent 2 different items.
The response also indicated they had not read my complaint correctly and they referenced my package being late and how they endeavoured to get my items to me as soon as possible. I have the items, they are incorrect!

Customer service second to none!
My order came quickly, but was missing an item. I reached out to customer service and was told I’d hear back within 2 days, but in less than 2 hours, Liz had gotten back to me, taken my details, and arranged for a replacement to be shipped out! Mistakes happen and after the experience I had I’ll be back :)

Fantastic customer service, when my parcel got mislaid containing a number of Christmas presents. I emailed the customer service team at 7pm and was helped by Jordyn who was super helpful in organising a replacement parcel within an hour. Thanks again! NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Placed an order 20 days ago. It shows delivered but I never received. Contacted pixi and was asked to wait for 3 days waited for 3 days and then was asked to wait for me 7 days. Its been more than 10 days now and they have completely ghosted me. Stopped replying to my emails It’s been 4 days now since I have been emailing them
