PixelSport customer service is excellent. I had a few issues early this year and they were promptly addressed. They even gave me a week credit as I had missed a few games of my team. Above and beyond service. Although the feed has a minute or so lag...not a big deal. Great value for money spent.

This company has been more than fair. Any issues I've had have been resolved quickly and with my best interest in heart.

No casting button like they say also, I cannot even enlarg my screen. There is no cancel service tab in the accounts page. I’m not really sure I believe the reviews on here either.
Do not use this service

Although I've had no issues with streaming games, I subscribed Dwcember 12, 2024, because in their advertisement they showed a casting button and it was really important for me to have this function to cast from my phone to my tv. Once I got the service, there was no cast button. I reached out to them through their chat service, and I was told they were having issues with the cast button. After three weeks of service, I still can't cast to my tv, so I'm stuck watching the game from my phone. I reached out through their chat service numerous times during the three weeks and I was just told the same thing, they need more time.

In the end, it appears they don't know how to fix it, so if you need the cast button, use a different service provider. I will not subscribe again

Representative was friendly and quickly resolved the issue. They are having issues with Canadian service and gave a temporary complementary subscription in the meantime

Excellent quality with zero glitches. Having issues with a subscription from Canada, they hooked me up with a free trial while they get Canadian payments sorted. Very friendly responsive support. Will be signing up for their largest package just as soon as I can.

Still trying to sign up for a subscription with the company, but have failed as each time I do so, the credit card isn’t accepted. The good news is that they have been very generous in extending my free trial until this problem is rectified. Thanks Pixel

This company has vastly improved with the issues I had with buffering last year. I'm not having any trouble this year. I definitely recommend their service to anyone that enjoys sports.
