Very disappointing experience with Pisamonas.

I ordered shoes on 26 June and requested a return on 4 July. I followed their return instructions, and the parcel was successfully delivered to the requested return address on 14 July. I have proof of delivery.

Despite this, Pisamonas say they cannot find my parcel and therefore will not refund me.

I followed their instructions and have proof that the return was delivered. I am now left without the shoes and without my money, and have had to take the matter further to try to recover my payment.
A simple return has become unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming.

Honestly avoid

Returns are a mess and I am still waiting for a refund after a return. Today is the 26th Jully and my return was on the 9th June.

In parallel we have kept one of the shoes, from pisamonas brand itself and they smell sooo chemical as someone else raised. The quality does not reflect the price in my opinion either

I bought one item, which is good quality but, now I'm really struggling to get my refund for two items that don't fit me. First Pisamonas said they had not received my returns. Royal Mail tracking confirms the items have been delivered.

Now Pisamonas is saying I used the wrong label and they have to search for the items before refunding.

The Royal Mail return labels I used, were sent to me by Pisamonas. I have sent Pisamonas copies of these labels and received an automated reply in Spanish. Which I had to translate, as I am based in UK. I have spent hours on all of this....a really really bad experience!

Respecto al servicio online: realizas un pedido el
Martes por la noche (21h) que se indica que se entrega en 2 o 3 días laborables. El lunes siguiente todavía no lo he recibido. Llamas y te indican que están dentro del plazo. Ya me ha pasado otras veces.
Ahora me llaman de la empresa de mensajería para decirme que me lo mandarán mañana o pasado en el mejor de los casos.
NO LO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO.

Ho effettuato l’acquisto di due paia di scarpe per i miei bambini. L’acquisto è andato a buon fine e dall’estratto conto ho verificato di aver effettuato il pagamento. Non ho ricevuto la mail di conferma così ho scritto al servizio clienti che non mi ha assolutamente aiutata. Mi hanno risposto una volta dicendo che non esisteva nessun ordine e poi non hanno più risposto. Io ancora non ho ricevuto gli articoli

HI lovely shoes but no customer support and no way to return.I made an order and tried to open a return and could not find an option.i tried to contact customer support without a response.
I sent the shoes back at 10£ cost but company were not available when delivery was attempted and they have not contacted the courier to receive my shoes back.

If I could give less then one star I would
The service was terrible and the communication was terrible I paid £10 to send my shoes back never even recieved a confirmation a month later!!!

Precios muy asequibles mejor que en otros sitios y la calidad la de pisamonas muy buena. Compré unos leotardos de marca Cóndor para mi futuro bebé llegaron al día siguiente la calidad ya la conocía así que estaba segura con la compra desde luego que lo recomendaría.
