We had the pleasure of purchasing a Pirnar front door

We had the pleasure of purchasing a front door from the Luton branch and dealing with Asja. She was excellent from the start, helping us choose the correct door for us and not pushing us for the most expensive one.

The installation team were excellent and did a clean job. They took their time in installing the door, with it being a very heavy door.

They setup the app, fingerprint access and explained all the features in the app

The quality of the door is excellent and would definitely recommend Pirnar

Outstanding Customer Service

I have been a client of Pirnar for many years, and today they installed a stunning new door for our office. The door looks absolutely impressive and beautiful.

It was a real pleasure working with Jure, and I would like to especially recognise Osama and his team, who carried out the installation. The door was extremely heavy and the space very tight, making the job particularly challenging, yet Osama and his team handled it with great skill and patience. They worked long hours to ensure the installation was completed to the highest standard.

I found the team to be not only professional and hardworking, but also very friendly. They did a meticulous job, paid attention to detail, and left everything spotlessly clean. Their efforts and outstanding customer service truly deserve recognition and applause.

LUXURY DOOR (WITH LIMITED WARRANTY)

UPDATE:
After the Escalation, finally they did repair the door and is working Fine. Great Job.
But I am still surprised that such an expensive door has just couple of years warranty on Critical Electronics components. This has nothing to do with the seller /distributer but with the original manufacturer. Hence 4 star for the seller/distributer.

ORIGINAL REVIEW
We spent around 15k for the front door in 2021. Since then, it's finger scanner has failed to work 2 times. Now it has failed again 3rd time and I am chasing the company for past 1 week and sent them videos and pictures and shown the problem in video call. However they are very slow in responding and addressing the issue. This is not expected of them specifically when we spent such a huge amount. Please look for alternate companies if you are looking to install luxury doors.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear of your disappointment and would like to clarify a few points regarding your experience.

We understand how frustrating it must be when a product does not function as expected. However, in this instance, the installation team was contacted directly. While they are responsible for fitting the door itself, they are not trained or authorised to handle service cases of this kind. For all technical or warranty matters, we kindly ask clients to contact either the Pirnar office or their dedicated sales consultant, who are fully equipped to assist with such issues.

We also wish to mention that your recent messages reached us during our annual leave period. Nonetheless, you did receive a reply the very next day after our return, so please rest assured that we did not ignore your case.

As for the fingerprint scanner, like all electrical components, it is covered by a two-year manufacturer’s warranty, which is standard practice across the industry. Should an issue arise outside of this warranty period, parts and labour unfortunately cannot be covered and would need to be charged accordingly.

We truly regret that your experience has led you to feel dissatisfied, as we always strive to provide both high-quality products and attentive aftercare. Please be assured that we remain available to assist you in resolving the matter as smoothly as possible.

We LOVE our new door

We LOVE our new door - it is super quality and well worth the wait.
We had Asja dealing with our enquiry who was fantastic from start to finish! She sat patiently whilst we visited the showroom on a Saturday afternoon and answered all our queries both before, during and after the visit by email and WhatsApp.
She kept us well informed every step of the way - she really was a great advocate for PIRNAR doors.
The delivery was a while but we were informed and even sent pictures of the door being manufactured!
The fitting went well and the door looks amazing.

The pleasure of purchasing eight doors from Pirnar, and I can't express enough how satisfied I am with both the product and the service! From the moment we started this journey, Mark has been an absolute standout in ensuring our needs were met. His proactive approach and attentive nature made a significant difference, providing us with peace of mind throughout the process.

The showroom at Pirnar is nothing short of impressive. It boasts a vast variety of doors, each more beautiful than the last. It was easy to lose track of time as we explored all the stunning options available. Mark was incredibly knowledgeable and helped guide us through the selection process, ensuring we chose the perfect doors for our home.

What really stood out to me was the transparency and efficiency of the ordering process. There were no hidden surprises or last-minute changes; everything was clearly communicated from the outset. It was refreshing to work with a company that values honesty and integrity in their operations.

Once the doors arrived, I was extremely pleased with the quality of the craftsmanship. Cannot get a better aluminium door than Pirnar

Cannot get a better aluminium door than Pirnar Door.

I shopped around quite a bit, but have not found any equivalent product in terms of quality and how pretty the door looks. I bought a double door similar to the one Pirnar have in their showroom. I feel in love with that model straight after I walked into the showroom. I even increased the sizes of the opening as originally planned, just to fit in a bigger entrance!

It was a really pleasant experience going through the whole process with Mark, who helped me along the way an was patient with me changing my mind a lot before we finalized on the sizes and design. Security and insulation was really important for me as well, which is also why I chose Pirnar. And I must also say kudos to Zan and the installation team, who fitted the door effortlessly.

I would definitely recommend to anyone who appreciates how important an entrance to their house is. My neighbours are already asking me about it and think about upgrading theirs :)

Happy with our door

Just had it installed a week ago, amazing door and the team was really helpful and we could also made it completely unique. Had a special design in mind and they could make it exactly as we wanted.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience! The rain damaged my door after 3 months. The staff won’t do anything to help me.

Unfortunately the lowest is one star

Unfortunately the lowest is one star. Pirnar does not deserves that. The company sells faulty doors. I paid for a very expensive front house door. The door developed very visible stain after it rained. The door had a five years guarantee.

I did contact the company. They said clean with soap and water. This was done but the stain was not removed. I contacted the copany again. They blamed the builder initially (wrong paint), after that they changed the story. The paint ok.

They sent me a cleaning method which contained many steps, if that does not work another company should be contacted to put a new door coating. I did explain the company should send someone to do the cleaning. The company said I should pay for the cleaning?? I explained the door is very expensive and has five years guarantee. The company stated the gauarantee does not cover the stain?? Their suggestion that a new coating is required confirmed that the door is faulty.

Pirnar replied only two days ago. Very late. The explanationd they gave was not convincing. My builder contacted them at the time. They told him nothing wrong with the material heused. They told me otherwise. They blamed the builder. I paid a lot of many for the door. A stain on the door from raining?? What external material they are talking about.

They did not send anyone to have a look at the door even?? They said they can send someone to clean the door but they wanted ?? What is the five years guarantee for then? Why did it take them that long to reply to my trustpilot review??

If they were a good company they would have sent someone to have a look at the door even now. The problem persisted??

I’ve checked in our system regarding your case and it was closely evaluated at the time with our support team that your case was not a Pirnar fault. It was determined that some substance was washed from the facade or other surrounding surface of the door, which caused these stains as it dried out. It goes without saying that the door needed to be protected if you still had other building work around done, and these steps were unfortunately obviously not taken. Pirnar didn’t provide any other works, and it’s not Pirnar’s responsibility to seek out and blame the responsible parties involved, but it’s completely clear the stains are made from improper protection. After the installation the door was signed and photographed in perfect condition, and it’s well known that powdered coated aluminum surfaces cannot stain from rain. Our powder coating supplier is the Tiger coatings company from Germany, which is considered one of the best in the market, and the accusation are completely absurd.

We regret that you had a misfortune of getting the door stained from improper protection. We tried suggesting many steps to try and mend it. We even took the time and did research on which company can professionally mend it. For the door itself you haven’t reported any other issues, so we presume that everything else is performing well.

We offered a different, more personal approach to help choosing the perfect setup, and also to meet the requirements for your budget that was provided with a generous discount. It seems all this was taken for granted and we were left as a thank you with a false accusation.
We will continue to assist in the future for any possible suggestions, and we would also appreciate a more appropriate evaluation of our full services and product review as a whole, and not base it on the faults of others.

I wish you all the best, and perhaps someday it will be a brighter day.
