I managed to get my money back via my bank. So if you have mistakenly paid for their EA or automated trading service, contact your bank and get your money back.

This is a big scam; you will never be able to cancel, and they will keep on charging your credit card, and no 30-day refund either. Now, this scammer has changed the website to another one. On the new website, there is no way to communicate with him. Once you subscribe, you lose your money, and you will never get it back.

I bought the "Elite Swing X" indicator for $59 but as the site (pipsmaster.net, which has strangely now changed to pipsmasterx.com) offered a 30 day money back guarantee, i felt it was worth a try. After making my payment and several emails I never recieved the activation it on my TradingView. I contacted him 5 days before the 30 days was up for a refund, but he said i had to use it for at least 30 days. I contacted my bank to block any further payments. After my 30 days was up, i contacted him again to get a refund and it took him 2 days to reply, now he's trying to take another payment. Message to others, do not buy anything from this scammer. His communication is dreadful and his indicator is a complete waste of time.

DO NOT BUY OR DO ANYTHING WITH PIPS ELITE OR WOLF FX....SCAMMERS,THIEVES...WORST PRODUCTS EVER...ACCOUNT DESTROYERS...FALSE ADVERTISING AND NEVER GET BACK TO YOU....YOU ARE WARNED

Its a SCAM,

The indicators provided don't work.
The signals aren't good in the VIP Channel. They get stopped out but he calls a profit anyway.
Stay away from this guy.

Total Scam, they offer you an EA that marks pivot points and when you actually download the EA you find some outdated software that is completely opposite to what they are selling. Don't waste your time with VIP either, the signal are bad, hardly will you receive entry, tp and sl. A total waste of money!

They take my money, no contact and bills me on a monthly service.

Scam, scam, scam, don't trust this scammer, I paid him $50.00 for the indicator, he sent me a software file that never works, I contacted him again, but no response, never trust this scammer, stay away if you want to save your money & time.

I’m honestly very angry at myself for trusting these trader scammers.

I purchased their software in good faith for $50 per month. After making the payment, I received no confirmation email at all. No login details, no welcome message, nothing.

I contacted support straight away and waited. It’s now been 4 days and I have had absolutely no response. I emailed again requesting a refund, still no reply.

Because of the complete lack of communication and professionalism, I cancelled my monthly direct debit. Unfortunately, I’m now out of pocket $50.

This has been a very disappointing experience. If you’re considering signing up, please be careful and think twice before sending them your money.
