This Pippeta LED wearable pump is absolutely awful!! Would NOT recommend!! I would give it 0 stars if I could! It has leaked milk all over me so many times, even when I’m sat doing nothing and pressing it onto my breast. It is soul destroying when you’re pumping at night and find you’ve wasted your efforts because the pump has leaked everywhere!!

Broke after 2 uses
I received the dual pump as a gift during pregnancy. When I finally got round to using the pump it stoped working after 2 uses. I then had to pay for a replacement pump as I didn’t have an invoice. I completely understand this but very frustrating that it worked only twice! I have seen very similar reviews so it doesn’t seem to be an isolated incident
I am so impressed with this pump!
I am so impressed with this pump. With two other children under 5 and a baby on NICU I needed a pump that was hands free so that I could pump during play and travel. This is far more gentle (hospital grade pumps had started to become painful) and my milk supply has now gone up, possibly because I'm more relaxed when expressing!
Absolutely amazing quality
Absolutely amazing quality, will definitely be getting some other products.
And after a delivery mess up, the team were amazing at sorting it out and re-sending my items.

5star company from products to customer service staff!
I have been using My Pippeta products for other a year now. Being a first time mum and choosing the right products for you is so important but can be confusing with so many on the market. I found their stall at the Baby Show London back in 2022 and saw their products in person before purchasing. Their team on the day was incredible with knowledge on the products I wanted. I purchased the Dual Pump Breast Pump because it was discreet, both visually I can pump on the go without people knowing, and barely makes any sound, the functions it had to offer in my eyes beat what on the market and it was affordable! They have a wide range of flange sizes which personally you need to be measured by someone to enable your pump works at its best. Ive been using my pump for over a year now, purchasing pump parts (again at such affordable prices) to ensure it’s best performing. I’ve since purchased their weaning products and again can not fault them. Aesthetically the colours suit all sexs. They’ve grown so much as a company since I’ve used them and I have had contact with their customer service team on numerous occasions via instagram and email who are incredibly helpful, and provide 5star service. Stephanie is an asset to the My Pippeta team. I’d highly recommend all of their products, and they work closely with a breastfeeding expert who provides support for mothers.

I’m surprised reading all the negative…
I’m surprised reading all the negative reviews on Pippeta’s customer service so wanted to leave a positive one. I’ve recently been in touch with Stephanie from the team due to a problem with my pump after buying a replacement diaphragm. My pump was out of warranty so I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to get any help with this. Thankfully the team were very helpful and after trying various different things, I sent my pump back to them and they managed to get it working again. It’s taken about a month to sort in total but that was partly due to it happening over Christmas and New Year. Whenever items were posted to me, they were shipped very quickly. Stephanie has always been very professional and polite via her emails and over the phone and overall I was impressed with the service - thank you very much

Order placed but not dispatched 1 week later. Took several days for pippetta to reply to my emails (no customer service phone number available) to find out the pump is out of stock and my order was sat in backorder. I have issues with delayed milk supply following the birth of my son and desperately needed this pump to stimulate milk production. I would not recommend ordering from pippetta. I have given 2 stars only because my order was then refunded promptly.
Deliberately misleading 10% offer
Pippeta advertises a 10% discount for new customers who sign up for the newsletter but excludes the 2-pack pumps i.e. high-ticket items. On the email with the discount it states that sale items or discounted bundles are excluded but the 2-packs are not discounted bundles as they are being sold at full RRP and give no indication of ever having been sold at a higher price point. Their customer support is very slow and have no phone number, and refused to honour the advertised discount.

Poor poor poor product the product even…
Poor poor poor product the product even falls off and has fallen on my babies head. Customer service is shocking and the product is not fit for purpose. I am taking legal action if they won’t resolve me issue. I just want a refund and to steer clear of their products. From what I’ve read I’m not the only victim of this company. The product doesn’t do what it claims and as a first time mum you need to be confident in the product. The motor sounds so loud, it takes ages to get the tiniest bit of milk by which point the pump has run out of battery. The battery pack falls off and has hit my babies head! Disgusted that customer services won’t refund after several emails!

Used my Pippeta pumps with both my babies and went on to purchase the weaning sets. Would use again with any future children. Had a slight issue with delivery however this was resolved immediately and customer support were more than happy to help.

Avoid. I feel I put alot of research prior to my baby into finding the right breast pump, so Pippetta wasn't a rash decision. However I wouldn't recommend.
I'm 4 months into breast feeding, and I only pump once a day from the birth of my baby the remainder of the of time I nurse, therefore my pump hasn't been used alot.
However, since month 2 I have to have it on the highest pump settings to even get any milk and now the motor sounds like it's about to give way. Certianly won't last if I have any future children or if I decide to breast feed for a longer time period. Really disappointed.
Since the start, I've had to sit and hold the pump onto my breast to get any milk/suction, I didn't complain as tbf with being a new mum I had enough to think about. So definately not a wearable breast pump you can walk around in. I also use the correct size flange.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend - and wish I had gone with a different brand. Avoid.
Found out about Pippetta at a baby show - I would say the other brands aren't at the baby shows to promote for good reason as they don't need to - go with them not Pippetta. Their awards and reviews online are misleading.

Product went mouldy despite following care instructions and the customer service team were unhelpful and rude. Just very shoddy experience given what you are spending. Would avoid.

Avoid !! Horrendous customer service !
Bought a handsfree breast pump that for one reason or another I needed to return, all in its original packaging and had email from their customer service team confirming that I could return it. They said their returns department would look over it and then they would decide if a refund was possible.
I sent the item tracked and it was delivered but I never had any communication from them, so I sent them an email and they claimed the package had never been delivered.
Lucky for me, I had proof of delivery including a picture, and had paid for the parcel to be signed for, so in my mind they had no way to claim they hadn’t received it and if they genuinely had lost it then a refund would be due anyway, since they have lost my property that I have paid for.
I emailed them all of my delivery evidence and have now been ghosted by this company.
Absolutely horrific customer service. Avoid avoid avoid !!
Very unhappy
Very unhappy. I’m not one to write bad reviews but on this occasion I feel I need to. I purchased the hands free pump and it didn’t work. I don’t have a problem pumping and pump 100ml easily in less than 10 minutes. The pump collected no milk at all even on the highest suction. I even ordered an addition flange but it still didn’t work. I contacted Pippeta who refused a refund due to their policy. I understand that they cannot refund customers if they decide they don’t want their products any more, however the product didn’t work and therefore I feel a refund isn’t much to ask.
I had to return my pump for their team to assess it for any faults, which they decided there weren’t any and refused my refund. They then finished their final email to me wish me all the best with my pumping journey, helpful. So I’m now £98 out of pocket and had to purchase another pump, which works perfectly fine.
I sincerely wanted to love this product…..
I sincerely wanted to love this product, and felt that the reviews on the website were promising. Upon arrival I spent several days troubleshooting to make sure that I was using the product correctly, however there was little to no suction and no breast milk collected. I corresponded with Pippeta and sent the videos and photographs upon their request. They agreed the product didn’t appear to be working, and then gave me the option of paying myself to return the item and to purchase a replacement motor for £25 if I needed to use one in the meantime. This is despite me already advising that I have had to use an alternative pump.
I genuinely believe this has hindered my breast feeding journey.
Needless to say, I am very disappointed with both the product and the customer service and wish to return for a full refund. I will be seeking advice in relation to my consumer rights.
Poor communication
Poor communication, doesn’t respond to emails when things go wrong, waiting for a pump ordered in late November to arrive and it is now late January (based in Ireland)

I really loved my pump from pippeta when I first got it but couldn’t find many independent reviews before buying…only very positive ones on Pipetta’s own channels. Now I see why as I know they delete negative comments!
I had my pump 4 months to the day and it’s completely stopped working, it seems the motor has malfunctioned. I was at work for a KIT day so I spent the day engorged and leaking 😢… not the best timing!!
So I contacted customer services at pippeta (only owned it 4 months so well within warranty) they’ve actually sent me an actual invoice for £25 to replace it! Not how warranties work! I’d advise to steer well clear of pippeta as although their marketing claims good customer service it is in fact terrible 😭
Avoid!!!!!
I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely rubbish, the good reviews must be fake. Costumer Service was quick to reply and tell you 10 things that you did wrong when setting up the pump and if that doesn‘t do the trick they tell you to measure your nipple and buy a different flange. So I had to pay more money and additional delivery as they don‘t even offer you a free delivery code. For £50 I do expect to get different flange sizes if a wrong sized flange is a common reason for poor milk collection?! We are talking about little plastic pieces that cost pennies in production but being sold do make extra money. Well in my case even the correct sized flange didn‘t work at all, so I spend an additional £15 for nothing.
I gave this review on their website and found other people had the exact same experience. I cannot see my review on their website anymore though and I am pretty sure they delete other negative reviews as well. I also found the exact same pump on ebay without any branding, it was £36 including delivery. Safe your money and avoid this scam!!!
