Pippd is one of my absolute favorite miniature sights...great pricing, fast turnaround and shipping and a wide assortment of Reaper and D&D miniatures.
If I could offer a suggestion it would be to expand to include some additional miniature lines. You all have the quality customer service down pat. Why not expand and widen your appeal. You are a great company to deal with.

I stumbled across Pippd trying to find metal miniatures, I'm new to the hobby and had only seen plastic before. The prices, shipping, beautifully crafted miniatures I hadn't seen before and return policy were so good I went through multiple sites to verify it was legitimate. They are lol. I've ordered several times now, it's my favorite fun splurge.

I love the treasures I've found here, beautiful metal miniatures, the cutest seasonal paints (who doesn't want Ginger Cookie instead of "tan"?). So glad I tried their Reaper brushes! Now that I'm painting more often I use these the most! Blown away by Reaper products I've tried, consistently high quality and affordable, it's a beautiful combination. Pippd has a lot of cool stuff but I've been enjoying the seasonal selection the most. Kitten Dragon in a little Christmas tree? Unbelievably adorable. By Christmas hopefully I'm better at painting lol! Metal is perfect for me to practice, I can strip it later without worrying about damaging plastic. I feel much more comfortable diving in painting these and learning as I go, practicing what I like and what feels right.

Local game store feel online, phenomenal staff! Honest feedback to inquiries. Helped me avoid a few things that wouldn't have worked well for what I planned and I got things I really love instead. Really appreciate it!

Orders ship out fast which is great with covid ship times being iffy. Literally orders here arrive faster than most of my Amazon stuff lately lol

Fantastic color, and the dice are weighted great. Even ratio of numbers. I've gotten similar dice that were poorly balanced from a different source that roll lower numbers at a much higher percentage then they should. Very happy with these dice! Will perches dice from here again!

Pippd had what I wanted. I wanted basic dice, easy to read, not too much fancy colors or patterns. Pippd had every type imaginable and shipped faster than expected halfway across the US continent. Price was terrific and shipping not expensive.
