Again 5 stars for service and quality.

Very good customer service, fast answers and delivery. Good quality materials, owerall happy customer, definitely will purchase in future.

Good quality products and reasonably priced

Black steel pipes with decorative flanges arrived promptly and cheaper than the last seller I bought from. Very happy.

Great speedy service ... well pleased

Really bad. Paid for next day delivery and didn’t get this. Order a pipe with a shelf. Shelf was damp and rotten. Looked like shelf was attached to pipe in picture but it isn’t so now just left with a shelf and a pipe. Not fittings and fixtures included.

very fast, great service, reasonable price

Our delivery was 2 days late due to issues with the courier, we had paid for a next day delivery as the product was urgent.

Absolutely atrocious service!

Items didn't arrive, no refund issued and customer service was disgraceful. If you have a project you're working on and need something to actually arrive with you, I'd pay the very small difference in price and go to ebay or similar.

Indeed, as discussed at length you advised that the package was left with my neighbour. As you should also recall from my emails and our ongoing PayPal dispute that I have tried several times but there is no way to access the property. Your delivery person clearly dumped the package in a parcel box and even now I have not received the item.
As also established, I can prove several other delivery companies successfully accessed the property throughout the day and there is no evidence that your driver even attempted to make delivery at my address.
That you would come back with a dishonest account of the facts does not surprise me though.

I ordered 2 lengths of 1/2 inch pipe with threaded ends for use with clamp fittings. Items came quickly in good condition at a good price. Would happily use them again.

Great service and great value, well done.

I recently ordered a scaffolding board to use as an outside bar. The original Board looked to have been damaged on transit but I contacted Pipedream who resolved the issue with a replacement by next day delivery. A quality product and excellent service.

Got everything I required at right price and delivery Thank you.

I order fairly often and I'm always very happy with the goods and the service.
Top quality!!!

I needed long lengths of pipe for woodworking sash clamps, they arrived really fast, and work perfectly, great product!

Top component at a good price

Pipedreamfittings is a brilliant company to buy from! I have used them for over 12 months now and have always found that James, Stewart and the team give excellent customer service and, should i have any queries, these are dealt with quickly and efficiently. They go out of their way to source products for me, and my online orders are always dealt with promptly. They are an asset to my business that I could not do without!
