I originally bought a Blogger template from Pipdig before deciding to use their services to migrate to Wordpress and implement a new template at the same time. All services I have received have been extremely efficient and friendly including a brief panic when my website disappeared completely due to my domain name host doing something wrong. Phil had my website back up and running within an hour and gave great advice for keeping things running smoothly in future.

Love Pipdig, have been using them for a few year now and I have never had an issue with them. They have some of the cutest blogger and wordpress templates.

The customer service is just outstanding. It is the BEST customer service I have ever had. Phil is just outstanding as well, all my answers are answered and quickly. The time for their response is right on point, my emails are answered in just a few hours and sometimes in minutes.

I have been using Equinox for a few years and truly appreciate the elegant design that enables easy integration of add-ons. I used the migration service to move from Squarespace back to Wordpress, which comes with a free theme. Phil not only sorted a LOT of technical issues (that SS never managed to fix!) but set up my theme to look the same as my current site. I've paid three times as much for half the service, and I've never seen such epic attention to detail.

In addition to that, the "self help" section on their site is AMAZING. So much helpful info there for folks of all site building skill levels.

About 6 months ago we had Pipdig migrate one of our blogs off of the Blogger platform and onto a self hosted Wordpress with a new theme. The trick was it needed to be done in such a way that the post url's didn't change so we wouldn't lose our Google traffic. They got the work done very quickly and even helped us snuggle into our new theme with some personalization.

Excellent experience. We will be hiring them again.

I'm now on my second pipdig theme and I really have to say that I love all the different layout options. Also the variaty on where to put a widget is really cool and it makes it so much easier to change a few things up every now and then. The customer service is amazing as they even changed the code of an existend theme for me (3 column instead of 4) without any additional charge. They really are there to help you if you have any questions, so I can only recommend pipdig!

I love the look of my Pipdig theme and how easy it is to use. The main reason I gave Pipdig 5 stars though is due to their amazing customer service. They are so helpful! Anytime I need some help with the technical side of the theme they have the answer and are able to resolve it quickly and are always friendly (despite the fact that I have bothered them a few times!). I would definitely recommend.

Phil is amazing. The site he created a few years ago was customized to my needs. He is professional, responds quickly and is a gem to work with. A few months ago my site was infected by Malware and all my customizations were lost with no way to recover. Once I had it cleaned Phil was able to fix it and make it look exactly like it was. He saved me time, money and a more headache. I can't recommend him enough and there's no one I'd rather work with on web design.
