If I could give zero stars I would! Stay clear of this company. I ordered a Xmas jumper for my son a month ago.
I am in Ireland so customs apply, "not a problem" they happily told me when I enquired via their WhatsApp Chat. However, the parcel was sent with inadequate documentation and so was returned to them. I understand this happens when dealing with customs, but it's just a case of resending the order with the correct paperwork or if this is not possible, process a refund???? Simple resolution - you would think!!!!
So I contacted them replying to my order confirmation email informing them that the tracking number they gave me stated, 'item returned to sender'.
No reply, tried again via the WhatsApp chat (which they answered when I was trying to place my order). SILENCE! I have since sent emails, messages, voice notes, telephone calls and NOTHING.
This company has stolen my teenage son's money.
Pathetic and so unprofessional. STAY WELL CLEAR!

So incredibly bad. I ordered two tops from this business with 48 hour tracked delivery. They had not even been shipped a week later, and I contacted to say I didn’t need them anymore and the owners response was brief and there was never any follow up. The owner never posted the parcels or gave me my money back and has since ghosted me, so I’ve had to contact my bank company. I’m now 56 pounds down, and really annoyed about this whole experience. Never order from this company.

Seen this business on instagram and loved the funny t shirt prints, I bought it to wear as a laugh but was pleasantly surprised with the t shirt quality, really happy with it.

Initially saw the House of Harry on Instagram. I bought the Guinness signet ring for my partner. The ring is great quality, he loves it. Shipping was on time and I found the ring size guide really helpful.
