Zero stars. Never received product. No response to emails. Out over $100.

Placed order never received products. Fraud. Requires PayPal to order as well. Scam, facilitated by PayPal.

I am only giving 1 star because there is no option for giving negative stars.

I “purchased” a pair of running shoes on pinrain’s website using PayPal. However, after the purchase, I never received a confirmation email of my purchase. Furthermore, the seller, who was not PinRain but César Iván Mora Hernández (??), sent me a scam email from “PayPal”, informing me that I had been up-charged $11 with no reason why this was so.

After this, I continued to receive scam emails informing me that I had not completed my purchase and to finish my order, attempting to bait me into giving them more money. I have since filed a claim with PayPal and hope to have my money return so I can buy the actual real tennis shoes I need.

Again, this website is a TOTAL SCAM.

They are set up to scam. How could they improve with that negative ingrained mindset?

I purchased a pair of shoes that were a better price than competitive websites. Placed the order and they added approx $8 to the cost. I don't know how they can do that without asking and receiving confirmation, but they did. I haven't received the shoes and based on this information, I won't. I used AI to ask for the best costs on a specific pair of Skechers and pinrain was one of the website links I received, along with Amazon, so I assumed legit instead of doing my usual due diligence.

Scam! I ordered a pair of shoes and shortly after received an email confirmation of the order. I waited and gave them about 1.5 weeks and when I didn't hear anything I reached out to look for an update. Crickets. I sent a second message. Still nothing. That same day I reached out to PayPal who promptly issued me a refund. Their prices are enticing because it's a giant freaking scam! Don't order from here!

I ordered 2 pair of shoes. About an hour later, I got notified by paypal that my order would cost $16 dollars more. Since I have never had a company raise the price on an item that I had already put on my credit card before I became suspicious and requested paypal to cancel my order. Paypal did not and after 6 weeks of not receiving my order, paypal did credit the entire amount back to my card.

Review is based on research, not actual purchase. Basically, everything about this site is suspect. Fake Trustpilot ratings with no link to click on for verification. No legitimate contact information: invalid business address, no phone number, fake customer service email address. Several other dubious bits: references to Keeneysports (another highly suspicious site), shipping costs of $8.9 (not $8.90...). Based on another reviewer, I tried adding 200 pairs of shoes to my cart, and they were supposedly willing to give me a $12,800 discount and sell all 200 pairs for $400. Bottom line: AVOID THIS SITE, IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM.

Ordered on May 18. The order status continued to show PENDING for the next 10 days. There was no communication of order status. Worse, the seller did not respond to any of my four messages including my request to cancel the order. This is a fraudulent seller to be avoided.

I purchased a pair of Hoka Speedgoats on 4/21. After a few days I was curious about the status and reached out about shipping. Crickets. So I contacted them a couple more times. No response. I then saw the Trust Pilot reviews so I contacted PayPal. PayPal reached out to them and gave them 10 days to respond which they didn't. Today , 5/20/25, PayPal issues me a full refund. Pinrain are crooks.

Would somebody please put these people in jail where they belong?

Scam. Avoid this website. No response from customer service on their website.

Paid for pair of shoes April 5.
First- they made my payment by amazon to some person not to the company. I was surprised but paid.
Second, location of warehouse (if they have one because most likely that company is fake and fraud) is China.
Now May 6, by provided trucking number from seller the status of parcel is delivered, but I never received it. Contacted them, zero responses.

Like others, I ordered shoes that were never delivered. And, like others, I wish I had read all of these reviews before placing an order. DO NOT TRUST!!

TOTAL SCAM. I MADE AN ORDER AND NEVER RECEIVED AN CONFIRMATION EMAIL DIRECTLY FROMTHE COMPANY AND THAT GAVE ME PAUSE. I WISH I HAD SEEN THIS SITE BEFORE I PLACED THIS ORDER. NOW THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS.

Total scam. Bought sneakers and they were never delivered. Sent them 4 emails and zero response. There is not a phone number listed for contact. STAY AWAY from this company.

This company is a total scam . Bought a pair of shoes. They charged my credit card. No shoes. I’ve tried to contact them several times no response. I’m turning this over to the Texas attorney general office. He loves filing on fake companies like this. My name is Gerald Anderson.

This site is a complete scam. I just wished I would have read this first. I bought some shoes that at first it was for $71.94 but my card was charged $78.90. I've emailed and emailed with no response. Luckily, I used PayPal and hopefully will get my money back. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!! Don't be fooled by the cheap prices.

This site is a scam. I did place an order, money was deducted from my Paypal acct. PINRAIN said "Order did not go thru...repay here.....
They did not respond to my reply. Paypal did refund my account. I am disappointed in humanity (Pinrain)
