I was looking into buying a property and was speaking with agent Alan Martin. Alan took me through a few different houses and suggested one in particular that stood out. Alan was very informative about area specifics and was able to answer all of my questions and provide further information and assistance to moving the sale forward. A brilliant experience from Alan, highly recommended.

Dream House Purchased

I returned from working in the US and set about finding my dream house! After many viewings and heart break along the way I came across Graeme at the Cavehill branch who showed me my now dream house. It was far from an easy journey but what I can say is that Graeme genuinely represented me fairly and accurately with the sellers (the told me that he had pushed me forward as the best buyer) after many months and lost bids the house came back on the market and because of Graeme’s connections with the owners he was able to get me back in and at the top of the list! Genuinely I would not have my dream home had it not been for Graeme working so hard to get it for me! Thank you team Pinpoint!
