I never received my lights

I never received my lights. The US address is just a front/drop shop. No recourse. Buyer beware.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience, avoid this company at all costs. Everything is bad. Took weeks to ship with very little communication. Item arrived and it looked nothing like the photo on the site, the quality was very poor, several parts were bent. Tried to initiate a return and have never quite been through anything like it before. Despite very clear request to return we continually receive nonsense replies like suggesting we bend the light or install it and then see how it looks (if you install the item you cannot return). After four emails they have still not initiated the return. Probably the worst online shopping I've ever had.

We’d like to clarify that, in many cases, lighting fixtures cannot be fully evaluated for appearance or function until installation is completed. That said, we do not ask customers to forfeit return rights by installing a product. When we request photos or installation confirmation, it is solely to determine whether an issue is related to installation, bulb type, or a specific component.

If any individual part is bent, scratched, or damaged, we are always happy to send replacement components at no cost rather than causing unnecessary delays or inconvenience.

Once we receive your order details, our management team will personally review the situation and work toward a fair and prompt resolution.

We value every customer’s feedback and would welcome the opportunity to make this right.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience, bought a lamp and paid for expedited shipping..2 months later received the item , refused to refund the expedited charge ...lamp was a porcelain white material , came stained with fingerprints unable to remove...DO NOT RECOMMEND.

First ship in a proper box with proper…

First ship in a proper box with proper padding. Second ship a product that is put together or supply correct parts to put it together like instructions and wiring info,
I spent over 2 hours and could only get half the parts to work because of bad nuts that would not thread on to where they should. Also only get one email per day. Poor support. Also the box had a huge hole in the side that must have occured during shipping. The foam was very hard to remove from all parts because it broke up into small BB size pieces that stuck to every part and was hard to remove.
