I never received a confirmation of my…

I never received a confirmation of my purchase nor a tracking number. I paid extra for quick shipping and it’s been one week and haven’t received my suits or an email. I emailed asking for more information and no one has responded. Service is terrible.

Very disappointed

I ordered my swim suit almost a month ago and it still hadn’t shipped and I got no response back when I inquired about it.

Still no bikini

I ordered my bikini on May 10th. It is now June 1st. I still don’t have the bikini and I have not heard a peep since my order was confirmed. I also contacted the customer service to find some answers but was never given an answer.

I ordered the bikinis 3 day express…

I ordered the bikinis 3 day express shipping. The items didn’t arrive and it took customer service over a week to respond. I asked for a refund as I no longer need the items and am still waiting for the issue to be resolved.

No merchandise received

I placed an order on 5/14, received the order confirmation and that’s it. I still have received no shipping information. I have emailed them and have had no response. Meanwhile my credit card has been charged and I cannot get ahold of anyone. I am extremely frustrated. I would not recommend ordering from them.

It took 2 weeks for them to send out…

It took 2 weeks for them to send out the package, and I paid for express shipping. I still don’t have the package.

Unorganized and No helpful customer service

I rated this one star because of the customer service not because of the product itself. I have not yet received my package, however I don’t have any doubt that the product is going to be great. I know that this company is based in Australia and I am located in the US, but I think that their customer service and response time needs to be better (at least on this side of the world.) I never received a tracking number with my confirmation email, so I sent many emails asking where I could get my tracking number and I know that I am not the only one who has had this issue in the US. I reached out on social media and the social media manager was the only one that gave me any kind of answer, and has been the most helpful so far. Having a situation like this is really confusing as a customer. Not knowing where my packages are, or if anything is legit makes me question the credibility of the company, and feel unstable about my purchase. Hopefully I get an answer soon or my package just arrives, but I’m hoping that everything for their company as far as responding to their customers improves because I think that their product is great and could thrive in the US as long as there’s more helpful sources. Just want them to prove me wrong and feel more trusting of their company. :(

After multiple times of trying to reach…

After multiple times of trying to reach out I never got a response back from an actual person. Wanted to cancel my order but couldn’t find where to do it or get some one to respond. Will never purchase from this company again.
