Awful experience, have yet to receive my order.

Wow. Where to start. I ordered a bathing suit back in MARCH. And I have yet to receive it - it is now October. They sent it to the wrong address then immediately was shipped back. I even drove to the post office where it was at and they had already sent it back. (WITHOUT refunding me) I reached out countless times until finally reaching someone and said I still wanted it and so they said they would ship it out again. (Still made me pay for the shipping for a second time) I then said ok and here we are in October and have yet to receive it. I have emailed them countless times and they JUST got back to me after I had said to please cancel my order and refund my money. Instead of that they are sending me my purchase regardless of me wanting to cancel. At this point It’s honestly less of a headache to pay the money not to deal with them. Do NOT shop here! Such a waste of money and such a headache to try to cancel and get your money back! Can’t wait to get my bathing suit in October! (If it ever comes)

My Shopping experience with Pinkcolada…

My Shopping experience with Pinkcolada has exceeded my expectations! I am very happy with the quality of the swimsuits, the fit is perfect and they are very comfortable and snug on the body! I will definitely be purchasing again, Pinkcolada shipped out my order within a few hours of me placing it with Express & it was delivered within 4 days to california! The service was exceptional & i was very impressed.

Slow service & shipping. Product bad quality

Very slow response times. I didn't not receive my product so I asked for a refund. I received the refund but they sent me the product anyway and the quality looked VERY different (not as good) than what is on the website.

Shipping Delayed

I placed my order, paid for the Express Shipping (2-4 days).
Two days passed and items are not showing as shipped.
Emailed to inquire status of order.
When items were eventually showing as shipped three days after being ordered, expected arrival date is showing to be in 11 days, no where near 2-4 days of Express Shipping.
I know the constraints and issues placed on businesses due to COVID but the option of Express shipping should not be an option if you can't fulfill the shipment request offered.
Five stars for email correspondence customer service I received. When I contacted via email, response was quick, pleasant and store credit offered for the inconvenience.
Can't wait to get my swimsuits!

I placed my order (3 bathing suit…

I placed my order (3 bathing suit items) on July 19th 2021. I was told my order would ship in 4-15 working days. The date is now 9/15/2021 and I have yet to receive my order.
While all of my emails have been responded to within two or three days, the problem what's still yet to be resolved and my money not returned. I was given an option of a free item of which I have also not received. While there was the eventual AU lockdown, that transpired well after my order. Was told two weeks ago it shipped and am still, summer now over, empty handed. Will never order from you guys again.

Took 3 months to receive my order

Took 3 months to receive my order. The only way to contact them is through email or social media. Then they take days to respond. They said it took long because the bathing suits I purchased were in preorder but it doesn’t state that at the time of purchase. They always respond with “your order is on dispatch” which sounds like it’s waiting to be sorted and shipped right? No, they didn’t even have my products. They were waiting to receive it from their manufacturer. Probably the worst thing of all is they don’t let you cancel. They told me I’d have to wait to receive my order then return it if I didn’t want it. This whole process was frustrating. I had placed another order after they told me I bought items that were on preorder. I made sure not to buy anything that said preorder and it’s taking just as long. I finally received the first one. Waiting on my second one. Just don’t.

Been a month and haven’t receive it yet

It’s been a month! I didn’t receive it yet. Summer is almost done here. Can’t wear this now. I need to wait for next year or travel jeez. I almost forgot I purchased this until you guys emailed to rate. Wth. If I can only rate 0, I would.

Never received my order from April

Never received my order from April. Was a serious hassle to get it shipped again. Now the claim is it was shipped a few weeks ago but again I still don't have the order. I've asked for a full refund several times as I don't want these items anymore and every time it's been ignored. I will never order from here again or recommend to a friend.

Massive SCAM

I bought bikinis over 8 months ago. After the order was paid I received a message saying they were on back order, and it said this in the description - weird. A couple months later I complained, they sent me a cover up as a ‘sorry’ … okay I thought trying. A couple months past again, I complained, they send me 25% of my purchase as a refund. More months past and I complained again … this time radio silence… at no time did they actively say what was going on. I’d say this is definitely a scam from my experience.
