I booked this apartment for a short break and immediately the costumer service team got in touch and talked me through the process. Had our booking for 2weeks time, with what’s happen with the virus we cancelled our trip, cancelled our booking. Our booking was non refundable, but this apartment has offered us a full refund. Time like this is such a kind gesture to offer us a full refund. Once again thank you so much, and would defo book with u in the future.

Really nice accommodation and a clean place to stay in Birmingham. Walking distance to the restaurants and bars. Lovely quiet area and the apartment was modern. Definitely recommend Pilot My Property when staying in Birmingham, we booked via Booking.com and the check-in process was easy and simple with one link. Parking was easy and free.

This is an a really clean and well appointed apartment in close proximity to the NEC and the Richo arena. As a business traveler #i could not recommend it enough. However as a frequent business traveller, I would like to keep it secret so that it is available every time I have to attend the NEC or the Richo arena for exhibitions

No instructions about TV and not told that about shops etc nearby,should have a book with amenities to help tourists
