Product has no labelling to signify that this is suitable for a newborn baby as demonstrated in the advertising. I am dubious that this complies to any British standards unfortunately.

Excellent service from placing order to receiving the lovely elephant pillows for my new grandson and nephew . The pillows are beautiful and i can’t wait to see their little faces Christmas Day . would highly recommend .

Very poor quality.... when delivered seams were split open and filling falling out. One of the ears coming away from head and the ear has come apart. No tags advising of filling material.. fire safety or safety guidance. There is only one place this poor sad elephant can go and that is in the bin!

I received my elephant pillow which was bought as a gift for a friends baby. It was soiled! It also had no safety labels, so I didn't know if it was fire or chemical safe, or if it passed the fibre shed test. As cute as it was, I could not give it as a gift, as I could not trust it. When I emailed them about the soiling they asked for evidence, so I gladly provided them with photos. I told them I wanted my money back with a free returns label or I would report them to British standards agency. They sent me an immediate refund and told me not to bother returning it. Don't trust them!

Very disappointed with elephant. Not as soft or well stuffed as I had imagined, very floppy. Was even embarrassed to give to my daughter-in-law, for my newborn granddaughter, even though she had suggested to buy one. Was going to buy again for another granddaughter due soon, but won’t bother.
Service was good though, arrived promptly.

Baby settles more now we use the pilloeNap recommend it to anyone.

Quick delivery, lovely product.

I purchased this for my new grandchild. Very disappointed when my elephant pillow arrived. Material not as advertised. Lack of stuffing, the head just flops forward, ears just droop down and there is gaps where there is no stuffing in the head and legs. As this arrived vacum packed there is no way I can get it back into the original packaging and then return to China. I have one very sad and deflated looking pillow. Please think before you buy this.

Purchased this for my great granddaughter who is due in early January 2022... the most beautiful soft cuddly toy I think I have ever snuggled.. my love of all elephants made this an easy choice and I know little lady due will love it too . 100% happy with my purchase . Thank you

Bought this as a gift, they loved it as much as I did

The elephant pillow I ordered did not seem to be very good quality. When I complained and asked for a refund I was told to return it at my own expense to the Chinese warehouse in China before I could receive a refund.The cost of this did not make returning the product worthwhile. I would never have ordered it if I new the return policy was so prohibitive.

Most definitely be will be ordering again just love these cuddley elephants ,really can't find a fault with this pillow.com and thank you so much for excellent postage xx

Just the most perfect gift for my Grandson

Package was late. No explanation provided even though I emailed. Took 3 attempts before I got a reply and the company REFUSED to refund me . Very disappointed
