The tummy time elephant arrived in plenty of time. It is so luxurious and plush. The baby adores it . . . and so unfortunately does the spaniel!!

Very Poor quality, worth avoiding.
Very Poor quality, sent directly from China, placed baby on it and found seam stitching had come undone. The advert had photographs which mad it look like a quintessential English Nurseryand high quality, it is neither.
The fur is quite a poor quality.

I have been waiting since 14th August…
I have been waiting since 14th August for my elephant to be delivered, "Pillownap" respond saying I put my address on incorrectly, which I 100% know I put in correctly. Now I am waiting for a delivery that nobody can tell me when it is arriving. I would really just prefer a refund but after I requested one, Pillownap have not replied to me.Zero customer service at all, this was for my granddaughter and she's over 1 week old now, and I'm the butt of jokes about this "mystery elephant" I'm so stressed about this it's unreal.

We are sorry for this situation, as much as we are saddened by your review. You provided us with an incomplete delivery address, it's a bit pity that we cannot prove it here by the screenshots. Our policies say clearly that refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect shipping address. However, we always help our customers as much as we can till the end. However, sometimes the speediness of the process is not in our will.

No 'PillowNap' label - is this a genuine 'Pillownap' article?
Elephant arrived in good time but it was vacuum packed in such a small package that the stuffing will take ages to re-distribute! Also, there is no 'PillowNap' label on the item, which the older items used to have, so how do I know that this is a genuine 'PillowNap' article? There are at least 4 other companies selling this exact same item with a lot of the same pictures in the advertisements so it looks as if they are all made in the same Chinese factory. Don't 'Pillownap' put their own labels on their goods anymore?

The elephant is lovely. Very soft and cuddly.
I paid the £3.95 for the 4-7 day delivery (9-15 day delivery was free.)
Elephant was delivered after 13 days. Really annoying.
Don’t order for a birthing gift too close to the due date.
