The service received from Picture Perfect was perfect, I sent them a photo of my existing furniture to make sure it matched. Goods ordered Monday and were safely delivered the following Monday.

Issue eventually resolved
Finally got a replacement part that was not damaged. Thank you for eventually sorting this.
Purchased a 2nd hall console table for upstairs landing as the 1st one was fab. However really dissapointed with quality. Part of the paint is bubbly and rough. Many emails and issue not resolved. They feel that item is not faulty and their supplier will not replace the part. All I need is a badly made part replaced. I think I am now being asked to send this large bulky item back at my own expense for a refund. I will only get the refund if the item is packaged as received. I mean no one is capable of that. I would think twice about purchasing from this company. Really bad experience so far. So dissapointed after an initial purchase.
You have no offered to send a replacement part that is damaged. How can that be right? You keep saying that the item is not at fault however the photo proves other wise. This is not acceptable, my consumer rights are not being met. I will not pay to return a faulty item. Perhaps I need to take the matter further, I will begin with speaking to my card issuer.

We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with your order and service provided.
You did raise that you were unhappy with part of the paint finish, which upon reviewing the images was a very minor imperfection on the finish. We did advise unfortunately it wasn't something that would be considered as a fault, and you would pick up small things like this on a replacement. If it was a more substantial issue we would address this.
Nevertheless we checked some replacement parts and sent images to yourself. We asked if you are happy with the new part we will send this out to you. You advised you wouldn't be happy with that part either and wanted to return it for a refund.
We advised typically as it isn't faulty you would have to make your own return, but in this situation we would happily arrange to collect for a full refund as long as it was in its original packaging.
We are still waiting to hear back in regards to collection. To reiterate we are not asking for you to pay for the return. We will arrange the return at no cost to yourself, we just need to you respond back to your emails advising its all packaged up and what day we can collect.

Quality products and great customer experience
A friend had bought a glass table and side glass tables and recommended. I have bought two side glass tables, one glass coffee and a glass tv stand from Picture Perfect Home Ltd and would highly recommend them. Quality products, quick delivery and amazing customer experience. I had an issue with my tv stand glass door and was quickly issued with a replacement door. I would highly recommend this company and I will be buying more from them. Keep up the great work. Very satisfied customer.

Velvet Dining chairs
This is the second time I have ordered from PPH. Easy process online, great prices and brilliant service, arrived much sooner. The quality and finish is excellent, we are so so pleased with our dining chairs. Have given our room the wow factor, can’t wait to show off to family and friends!!
