I spoke to someone to get a size on the 2nd table that was in the nest of 2 that I purchased and they helped me instantly.
The item was delivered quickly, and the packaging was excellent, it makes a change for someone to care about the condition it arrives. The item itself a nest of 2 oak tables were of excellent quality and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much.

Amazing company, I have ordered 3 times. Last time one of my bedside units has a slight crack at the back (no fault of the company ) so I emailed them, was told 2 weeks for a replacement which is understandable ! A week later got phoned off delivery company they were bringing it next morning and the guys were lovely even took it upstairs I will 100% be ordering again

I have had some lovely pieces of modern furniture from Picture Perfect. Furniture delivered on time and well packaged. Great prices. I would recommend this company and i would purchase from it again.

What a great find,impressive array of quality and value for money goods for the home. Found this fabulous wall clock which looks amazing in my kitchen/diner. Clear numerals & hands plus the added quirk of moving cogs. Impressive. Price was the best value for money across a number of other similar products on the Internet or in store. Simple to order, emailed with confirmation and delivery details. Very well packed ensuring product protection. Good experience of shopping with a new found treasure trove of home ideas.

Daughter purchased Boho Rustic Solid White Washed Mango Wood Carved 4 Drawer Chest Of Drawers.
All info on this states that it is solid mango wood.
IT IS NOT. The bottons of the drawers are not solid mango wood & are made of a very soft flimsy cardboard like material.
Would not use this company again not knowing what you are actually getting by the wording of their description till your item actually arrives & youvreal7se you have been misled & missold.

I ordered a product that was damaged on receipt. It took a few emails as this is a small team so I understand why, but they arranged collection and refund without hassle and I appreciated the team’s support.

Ordered a moving gears wall clock but it didn’t work upon receipt. Replacement swiftly received and I was kept up to date at all times. Beautiful clock and despite the initial problem would definitely order again and feel the the five star review is still relevant due to the excellent customer service 😀

Picture perfect were very quick to correct and issue with our beautiful silver and glass lamp table.

I ordered a wall clock that was supposed to be shipped within 5–7 working days. It was shipped earlier than expected, but contrary to the company’s own terms and conditions (clearly stated in the confirmation email), I received no notification whatsoever—neither by email nor SMS—until two hours before delivery.

To make matters worse, the courier chose to deliver the item not to my actual neighbours, but to someone at the far end of the street—someone who even claims to have refused the package! Unsurprisingly, the item was lost.

What truly shocked me, however, was the customer service. The first person I spoke to at least seemed to show some understanding. But the next representative was incredibly rude and dismissive. He sent me a cropped photo of someone allegedly accepting the parcel, but with no identifiable features or clear location. His suggestion? That I go door to door in my neighbourhood like a detective to investigate the interiors of people’s homes. Seriously?

There was no apology, no effort to resolve the situation, and not even a basic acknowledgment that this delivery was mishandled. I was never given the chance to choose a safe place or a suitable delivery date—again, in direct contradiction of their own stated policies.

Worse still, they never once replied to any of my emails. Every single time I needed an update, I had to chase them myself by phone. Promises to call me back were never kept.

This has been, hands down, the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Completely unacceptable and deeply disappointing. What a shame.

Lovely company. My Larder was beautiful and looks great in my kitchen. Very well priced with good communication regarding delivery etc. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous bronze and black cabinet. Same piece more expensive on other sites. Delivery communication not to be faulted and delivery team equally excellent. Picture Perfect Home were professional, effective and efficient. Big ‘thumbs up’ from me!

Gold and glass shelves arrived damaged but the company arranged an exchange straight away which arrived 48 hours later. Could not fault it. I went on to order a footstool which was perfect. Recommended.

Ordered sideboard it came well packaged and it’s beautiful but where it was going didn’t look right . Happy to pay to return but prices ridiculous £140 I would rather sell it .
They make it so u don’t return item won’t use again . Don’t buy from them stay clear use a shop that you know won’t rip u off .
