Easy to pick a frame a see it as it will look on the art. But I was disappointed they couldn’t hold the border a few days to accommodate a trip

The website was easy to use and the packaging was good, but unfortunately, the materials were subpar and I could've purchased much better frame materials at a local Michael's craft store or similar.

I made my order and one frame came to me incorrectly. I called and the person was very friendly and made the correction and immediately sent the correct frame. I was very impressed by the quality and the response to the issue. I will order from this company again.
Also the frames are sent very well packaged.

pictureframes.com did an excellent job framing a family picture for my mother’s 90th birthday. I ordered it just before Christmas and they got it to me in time, which I appreciated so much! The frame is beautiful. The matting is beautiful and it’s exactly what I wanted! I also found the website easy to navigate.

Love these frames! They are made of real wood and crafted with care. All the hardware you need is included to secure your canvas to the frame as well as to hang on the wall. I had a bad experience with another frame company that claimed its frames were wood but turned out to be a brittle cheap composite under the veneer that break if dropped. I won't use anyone else now. I bought a black frame and it has what appears to be Sharpie marker visible on the front (can happily provide photos) at the corners. It’s sort of subtle but decidedly not a professional finish.

Also, unless I have completely misunderstood something, the hardware provided to attach the canvas seems to be the wrong size. The offset clips are too short to lie flat against the back of the frame and the canvas at the same time. It’s not a problem with the rabbet depth for the canvas, the “bottom frame step” as described in the instructions is slightly taller than the offset clips that are meant to sit on top of it. Again, happy to provide photos of the gap.

I was extremely happy with my purchase of a large nester frame for one of my paintings. As a full-time artist, I need quality frames for art shows and it's great to have found a company who can provide quality frames at reasonable prices. I will be continuing to order from Frames.com.

I received my custom frame and was so happy with it. But after I put in my artwork and was ready to hang the frame on the wall, I realized there was a small crack in the acrylic glass. I contacted customer support, assuming it'd be in vain, and they immediately told me they'd send a replacement. (I thought they would just send me a new acrylic face for the frame, but they replaced the entire order.) I was so surprised and pleased that I will definitely be using this company again.
