We recently planned a trip to Bali through Pick your trail. This was our second trip with them. In the planning stage the representative made some errors however the team was honest in helping us rectify their mistake and refunded us the amount due to the error.
Once we reached our Destination it was a smooth and hassle free experience. Their team on ground is immaculate and so is their TAT during any queries through the chat option. Truly delighted with our experience and will definitely recommend to others.

Will surely consider for our future travel experiences.

Travelled to Krabi and Phuket with my family during the first week of Oct 2024. We were so happy for our vacation organized by Pick your trail, they were very professional about their approach towards the planning and execution of the same. We received the itinerary as per our choice All the pickups were on time and the local ground support team were also very helpful. We got clear idea about the next day's plan in the evening of each day, so that we can utilize our time according to the plan.
I would like to give a special thanks to Jatin, Keerthena and Reshma to make our first international vacation a memorable one.

We had a good experience in bali (in ubud and kuta)
Kuta-some other hotel could be given for stay .we dint get giod hospitality over there.rooms were not cleaned ,swimming pool was under service.other than that we had so much of fun over all the activities and sightseeing
Ubud - We got an amazing pleasant full villa in ubud .enjoyed the bali swing and other water sports
Pickyourtrail drivers ,guides,event management was so smooth and good with friendly manner

It was our first trip outside India.. We contacted a few travel partners but pickyourtrail asked us what we wanted to visit in Singapore and customised our tour package accordingly.. The packages were affordable and better compared to others. We completely relied on them from ticket bookings to visa and finnally the trip. From our arrival at Singapore till our departure everything was perfectly planned and executed. Definitely looking forward to travel more with them.

Trip was amazing. Team scheduled everything time to time and guided very well.Rooms are also great but ciming to food they provide only north food, as a andhra and telangana people it would be great if we can get some spicy food.

The trip was well-arranged and crafted to almost perfection. It was almost flawless since we were hardly under stress. Usually, when a family goes for a trip, we tend to look at the places, the ticketing timings, attractions, etc everything ourselves. But here, the guides arranged by the Pickyourtrail team & the team from Vietnam were very helpful and well on time and picked us up and dropped us off as per the itinerary.

We had planned a trip to Vietnam and only wanted to add an extra itinerary, but the support team was extremely unhelpful and arrogant. Their tone over the phone was dismissive, even for a simple change. The price breakdown wasn’t explained, and they didn’t respond properly to emails either. Overall, poor service and overpriced. I won't be planning any future trips with them anymore.

Hi.. travelled to bali with my 74 yr old mom, 2 kids( 11&8) and my husband.
We had a fantastic stay and all the arrangements were great. The driver was very friendly and everything went as per schedule.
I was sceptical about using PYT initially , but now I'm so glad we chose them to be our travel partners.

over all experience was good, PYT helped us in last min plan change due to my wifes pregnancy. only problem was the hotel we stayed, there was no proper hander for cloths when we r starting for 4 days we need some place to hang cloths also the breakfast in hotel was very bad, it’s mostly focused on chicken and nothing good for vegetarians

I will highly recommend Pickyourtrail. From planning to execution everything was seamless. The team is very flexible and accommodated last minute changes at our request. Whatever was promised during the discussion was delivered. Will definitely choose pickyourtrail for my next destination.

I'm giving this review only for customized tour package.

we customize our plan as we have kid with us and we do a couple of shared transfer, due to shared transfer and they delayed to join at the meeting point at the mentioned time we missed some shows at safari world (Bangkok) and the time given by driver to cover such vast area was less.So we arrange the return journey to hotel by ourselves to cover the safari world shows(They conduct lot of animal and stunt shows).

At million years stone park and pattaya crocodile farm also the driver asked us to meet at one hour.

We customize the plan to enjoy the moment with our kid and spend the amount only to enjoy those beautiful moment, but the time limit at those couple of areas keep annoying.

In future try to engage more time to zoo like areas if a kid was included in package ,as they are the most favourite place for kids.

Overall we have a very good experience with pickyourtrail.

We had a safe and hassle free journey throughout the trip. We had enjoyed the trip overall. But only one thing we want to convey is you could suggest the people regarding taking the multiple entry visa for in between connecting or layover airports. Because in our trip both while going and coming back we had layover of more than 7 hrs at Singapore, but we couldn't able to go out and utilize that time for some sight seeing in Singapore.

I really enjoyed the Bali trip, but I wanted to share some challenges we encountered.

On Day 1, our driver was late and didn't inform us properly, which left us quite disappointed. On our return to the ferry, he dropped us at a general pick-up spot and left, causing us to waste an hour waiting for the boat.

On Day 2, the visit to Uluwatu Temple was not enjoyable due to constant disturbances from the monkeys. I wouldn’t recommend that place to anyone.

Day 3 was a relaxing leisure day, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

The hotels we stayed at were fantastic, and I’m thankful to the PickYourTrail team for arranging such great accommodations.
On Day 4, we traveled from Kuta to North Bali, and a lot of time was wasted just on the journey. It would be better to plan trips from North to South, as going from South to North feels inefficient. I recommend that future customers be advised with better knowledge of the areas and distances. That said, North Bali was beautiful and very enjoyable. Our driver, Adi, was extremely kind and took great care of us, even handling all the entrance tickets for us.

On Day 5, the places we visited were in Ubud, but our hotel was quite far from there, which made the travel a bit tiring.

Day 6 was our departure from Bali. Unfortunately, our stay at Daun Lebar Villas was not up to the mark. The breakfast was quite disappointing.

Perfectly organised and time is maintained

The overall experience is good.
Few things for improvement as below;
1. Itinerary needs to be planned properly - Krabi to Pattaya flight booked at evening and that whole day was wasted without having any sightseeing.
2. Itinerary missed due to some ground reasons needs to be compensated(Big Budha to Tiger park) request not honoured.
3. Pattaya hotel stay was not good even though it’s 4star hotel- badly managed and congested for family.
4. Spent lot of money for transfer to find right Indian Hotels in Phuket, where I clearly asked Indian restaurant should be near by.
5. Everyday call should be done to understand about trip pros and cons to take necessary steps further.
6.Travel Insurance promised at the time of booking, however not provided at the end.
7. Customer satisfaction should be prime factor to have longer relationship, so ground team need to work not impacting customer.
8. Everything should not always demand extra charges should be planned to manage and compensate within in the finalised deal.

Everything was well planned except the old Phuket Town visit.

We were delivered what we were promised.
Prompt updates and punctual pick ups ensured our smooth travel.
Would like to use your services again.
