No returns, even on new items
The other day i bought a brand new shirt in their store for Oktoberfest (During the Oktoberfest they apparently sell brand new lederhosen and brand new shirts). When i came home i quickly realized that several buttons were missing, and therefore went back to ask for a return, or if able to swap it with a new one. I was met with the answer that they have a policy of no returns (which is understandable when it’s preowned stuff). Taking into consideration that this was a brand new shirt I would expect that they would return it taking EU’s return policy for private consumers into account - but that wasn’t the case. Definitely wouldn’t recommend shopping there.
