What a lovely little business and incredibly friendly staff. Always so chatty, pleasant, happy to help and really relaxed. My boys loved having a go on the old 'amusement crane' machine, what an amazingly fun addition to the shop (and enjoyed a little history lesson about the old coins used). Lovely products with amazing smells to compliment your home. Well worth a visit.

My favourite shop in Eastleigh! As soon as you walk in there is a beautiful smell and the owner is there smiling and welcoming you in. She's happy to answer any questions and help pick out products. There is a huge range of lovely smelling products and any accessories you need to go with them!

The very BEST wax melts shop! Their products smell incredible and there is a huge range to choose from. They have made me lavender oil and diffuser refill scents for me on request and it was ready the next day!

Absolutely the best wax melts you will ever buy! Seriously I won't buy them from anywhere else now. They last for ages and not only can you smell them whilst sat in the room but you can still smell them when you walk in the room the following day. I can't live without Lavenda Spa to help me sleep or calm a headache and Vapour rub to get me through the winter. The hardest decision is choosing from the huge amount of scents. Lovely family run business and it's always great to see Helen. Looking forward to trying their new toiletries range as well

Lovey to walk into a shop and be greeted by the owner. Lovely laid out store. Was shown where different things were and left to browse. Smells amazing. High quality melts and now bath products.... The scent from these melts last forever, not one day use and need to change. I change mine and reuse several times after weeks of use and still smell good.

My home smells totally amazing with the wax melts. Helen is super friendly & quick to answer any problems you have. Excellent product choice. I’ve bought soy wax tea lights also which are really good&burn for a long time. Customer service is second to none. First class service. Will definitely go back onto website for more goodies.

We always have a warm welcome when we enter the shop. The pet odour refresher powder lasts a week and smells lovely. The candles and other items are well priced and smell wonderful, we cannot fault Pick n Melt at all and highly recommend them. Welcome to Eastleigh

Super friendly staff, easily laid out produce and the quality is amazing. The smell of all the melts is hypnotising. I became so hungry browsing. I bought a beehive to melt the wax and 5 different flavours (smells?) Very happy and will be visiting again soon to try out some more amazing wax melts!

Have been buying tea lights normal and maxi for a few years. Customer service and quality always been excellent. However recently been having issues with the wicks disintegrating. Decided to contact pick n melt to see if they could help identify the problem.
Within a few hours, problem identified and a very nice gesture of goodwill to follow. This company goes beyond expectations and should be fully supported as a great British company.

Amazing shop and a well needed one too. Love the idea of pick and mix candles. It's a little treasure and we can't wait to get lots more goodies. The lady and gentleman were so welcoming too, and informative, they are clearly dedicated and know their stuff.

Went into Pick n Melt on their first day of trading in Eastleigh and what an amazing shop and really good prices too. So many different things to choose from. Helen and her husband were really lovely and welcoming too, will be back soon.
