The FireBox Hard Disk Enclosure is a great product. Every hard disk runs very well in it. There's no lagging visible, and copy performance is very fast.

The product is very useful and really Cost Effective. Quite cheap when compared with similar products. Can transfer between NVME M.2 SSDs without any hassle by just having a single enclosure. The most important is that the product has a Smart Fan which starts operating after a particular Temperature Buildup within the enclosure. This increases efficiency because the Heat generated is dissipated very efficiently.

I really liked the product. The look and the packaging (the case for capture card) was unexpected.
The ease of setup and usage is top notch.
I bought it for streaming and recording my Gameplay on PS4 in 1080p 60FPS. And that’s what exactly it delivered. Loved it.
I really loved the NotebookLLM support for guidance and help.
In the box it was full of surprises. I mean the PiBox team went way above satisfaction. I got an OTG, typeC to A cable, free mobile stand, awesome case you can see in the pic. Also a surprise which I think I should let it remain so for you guys to experience. Don’t want to ruin the suspense.

They are great, timely delivery, great value for money, customer support is responsive, product quality is great and they also provide spare parts for products which is great, overall highly recommend them.

I bought a Raspberry pi 4 case and a 2.5" SSD enclosure. Both looks great. The payment experience was bad though. My money got debited but payment was not successful. refund was done even after 3 weeks, they didn't respond to e-mails. However, after contacting them on WhatsApp, the refund was done within a day. If it weren't for the payment issue, this deserves a solid 4.

You can trust Pibox they have very genuine products, and price always low on pibox as compared to other platforms. I ordered retention plugs, which is very important part of my ssd enclosure, thank you Pibox for giving me option to buy retention plug separately.

I got the same product with lesser price than amazon. This is what i was searching for.

I have order the product (Hard Drive Enclosure Type C) on 23rd Dec'25 and paid 1089 rs. through UPI mode online. They shared the expected delivery date by 31 Dec'25 (which was free shipping order) and delivery partner was Blue dart. The product came to nearest delivery office and status were shown as delay caused beyond control and no body call me for delivery or any update and it got returned to seller by mentioning as per shipper request. When I told this to PIBOX team they re-shipped the product and told this time will try with other delivery partner but again they shipped through Blue dart and in 2nd attempt also no call I received from delivery person and they updated as consignee not available but I was available at given delivery location and this one also returned. When I told this to seller and asked for my complete refund they told they will initiate once RTO done for 2nd attempted order to there warehouse. As per website tracking it was delivered to them by 13 Jan'26 and when I asked for refund they said let warehouse team to confirm on receiving. After regular follow up on 15 Jan'26 at night they said we are adding fund to razorpay and migrating you order to there for refund and when I checked my WhatsApp on 16 Jan'26 morning they pinged we have initiated your refund, I checked my account so they have just refunded only 1000 rs instead of 1089 rs. Now when I ask PIBOX team why you deduct the money, they said remaining amount deducted due to NDR charge and saying we got charged for 326 rupees from Blue dart for shipping and return of product 2 times and for that reason they are charged 89 rupees from me. As I told them many time, that I paid you for product to be delivered to me where you have failed of you promise, but they are not refunding and not responding.

So please be aware of these kind of frauds.

I just try to support them to order through their website not from Amazon so that they can save some vendor cost, but looks they are not deserving this and they are master in doing fraud with customers.

Please research first and then order because they do not have any customer care service to connect. You can only chat over whatsapp and there also it's depends on their side if they want to respond or not
