Once PianoSpeed had our order details from the retailer in London delivery was all sorted by email and texts. Adrian and Michal were on their 7th delivery of the day but their attitude was one of total professionalism and the care taken in assembling our new digital piano was really appreciated. Emails leading up to the delivery were answered promptly and were very clear as to what was happening.

Our only problem was the 0845 number for which our mobile service provider wanted us to top up our account before we could call. We didn't top up and that is why we appreciated the fast replies to our emails .

Definitely an 11/10 company.

I had my piano removed by PIANOSPEED, they did a fantastic job. As it was upstairs I was rather concerned it would be problematic, so I sent a lot of photos of the area concerned, but no worries. They covered all the floor areas efficiently with floor coverings, and brought the piano down without any problems. I would thoroughly recommend them.

PianoSpeed are excellent. They moved my piano safely and efficiently - despite the access to the piano being very difficult. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a piano moving - no matter how complex the access!

My very heavy, early C20th Bluthner upright was moved from the basement to the ground floor of my house (via the garden) with great care and efficiency. Highly professional job!

I have used PIANOSPEED a couple of times now and I’ve always been really impressed with them.

Orlando and Michal recently moved my Yamaha U3 around a tight corner into another room and did it, as always, with a high degree of professionalism and care – whilst making it look incredibly easy of course! They got the job done quickly but still took the utmost care for my piano and walls/doorways.

A big thank you to Jon and Anastasia too who are incredibly polite, professional, and responsive. I’m really grateful for their help in organising this – and at such short notice too!

Very happy with Piano speed service to move a piano from my house to my daughter in london . Good comms and updates for delivery times . Fast response to emails . We made a silly mistake - packed something with the piano in error which went off in the van , totally our fault . Fast response to email , they turned around an hour away and returned at no extra cost . Tricky entrance hall at the other end but they managed to get it in.

Pianospeed were more than just efficient, they were happy to deliver on my preferred day and kept me informed with delivery timings. They were kind and courteous and so professional about their work. Thank you to Anastasia and the delivery/set-up team.

The guys arrived bang on time. They then calmly and efficiently unboxed and assembled my Clavinova. It was like watching a well rehearsed dance routine.

I was very satisfied with the excellent service I received from Pianospeed. From requesting a quote to arranging the removal of my piano, I was kept informed at every stage by Anastasia and Jon. The 2-man crew, Adrian and Michael, were friendly and courteous. They worked wonders in carrying my piano down a narrow staircase, into a narrow hallway, and onto their van. I was very impressed by their skill, care and attention. I highly recommend this company.

Pianospeed moved a very heavy old Bechstein very quickly and efficiently and with great care despite an awkward porch and steps. There were also complications regarding timings on the day and they made adjustments and completed the move perfectly. Many thanks to the team and Anastasia for communications.

Anastasia and Jon were really prompt to help and arranged my move at very short notice. The removers took such good care of the pianos and a much loved grandfather clock. They were friendly, knowledgeable and considerate. I found Pianospeed to be reliable and good value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, and highly recommend them.

Not only did they have to carry the piano down the road (parking issues ) but then had a difficult manouver to get the organ and older out as with new one.

Every effort was made by Pianospeed to fit into my busy schedule. They gave me a 3 hour time slot and sent me a text message when they were 45 minutes away. My piano was installed with the utmost care to our home with floors covered. Such friendly and professional service and I would highly recommend them.

These guys really know that they’re doing. They moved my Yamaha CX grand up two floors via a staircase as if it was nothing. Excellent from start to finish. Could not fault them! They’re the only ones I’ll ever use.

There aren’t enough words to describe the wonderful service I received from Pianospeed. Orlando and Alex arrived at my Auntie’s house in Yorkshire to collect the piano right on time. They then arrived at my house in Lancashire right on time and undertook what can only be described as the mammoth task of getting my Grampa’s piano into my house. Their teamwork and strength are commendable. They were also extremely polite and courteous. I had been so anxious about the whole thing but they approached it in such a calm and relaxed way I was immediately at ease. Anastasia was also great keeping me up to speed (pardon the pun!) I honestly cannot rave enough about this amazing firm. Thank you all.

We live in a particular difficult location with restriction on access so deliveries can only occur at certain times.
We were so pleased that Pianospeed were responsible for the delivery of our pions.
All our instructions were followed to the letter and the delivery was exactly on time. Alex and Steve were professional and friendly and took great care with the piano, and also when entering the property to ensure all went smoothly.
I would highly recommend their services.

Fabulous team! No one else I called thought it possible to move my Dads upright from his house (which had a different porch way since bought) and 2 flights of steps each side of the move from Manchester to Malvern!

Very professional team managed to get the solution through a back door and garage, again small margins for error! Piano totally intact, not a scratch in the house or piano, and still plays in tune!
Pleasent and strong boys on the delivery team and Anathasia lovely to work with dealing with the coms, estate agent and keys! Highly recommended team!
