I am convinced that things worthwhile are beginning to 'kick in'. I suffered spinal injuries as the result of
a fall down a staircase 7 years ago but the resultant
ongoing 'stabbing' pains appear less often and with
far less severity.
Early days acknowledged, but I'm confident there's
more good news to come.

Communication is good with emails. Physical Nutrition care about their product from what I can tell and are interested in how people are getting on. Delivery is easy and prompt. I have noticed differences when I do yoga & swimming I don’t ache after anymore after one month. I could not find the ingredients combined in any other muscle protein products. The ingredients used are of high quality as I researched them even the sugar substitute is the best and most expensive to extract/process. Very pleased so far!

I think we are being mislead over the effectiveness of Active 8 for help with joints. I am kicking myself for being conned. They are making a lot of money out of people’s desire to get better health.
They say they will refund after 90 days but don’t allow for a few days over when you start to take the tablets.
DONT order these.

I found Physical Nutrition easy to communicate with, both via the web and over the telephone. My orders were taken, altered and refunded (when I changed my mind) without any fuss or delays. It was really refreshing to deal with this company.

I used the products for a while and wrote to cancel my subscription . They would not accept an email and wanted me to call a dedicated line. I wrote back again and reconfirmed my wish to cancel and they still refused to do it with a mail and asked me to call dedicated line which is open monday to friday. This is not professional and I have no time to call and wait online incur calling charges etc as I would be calling from abroad since I do not live in the UK all the time.
They make it difficult to cancel hoping you forget and they can continue charging you .

I purchased Gut Rewild back in February. I had a number of reservations as to whether they would work and asked a number of questions - which were answered fairly promptly I may add. I purchased a six month supply having seen the information that they could be returned. I also read that it takes a few weeks to feel the benefit and that not everyone feels a change until later.

After a month I received an email asking for a review of the product. I wavered for a while but decided I should inform them that I didn’t feel any different and that I did not think the product was working for me. I did not receive any follow-up from this. A further request was made within the next couple of months, again without any follow up.

My three months came and went and, although I had been feeling slightly better, I could not make my mind up whether this was due to the product or not and as I had already paid for the six-months and the return period had gone, I decided to complete the course.

The week before the end of my six months I decided to cancel, having had no real benefit. I wrote to them explaining and thought that would be the end of it, but it wasn’t. I received no response and a few days later received an email saying they were sending out my “second months” order. I went in to the website as one of the emails had suggested I could amend or change the order only to find that I could find no means of cancelling and the order being sent out was not listed. I tried to ring them but no one was answering the phone so I emailed them again stating I had requested they cancel and that I had not placed another order and that it would not be my second month. Needless to say I did not receive the response I expected but an email saying it had been despatched.

I telephoned my credit card company who informed me that the money had already been taken. I emailed them again twice but yet again all I received back was a standard computerised response saying someone would contact me. To date I have not received a response.

Having seen this Dr advertising the product on tv I had felt more confident that this product would be of use to me but the customer service is non-existent and as I told them they had got my money - so what!! To date I hav e not yet received the second batch (another six-month supply) but will either be refusing delivery at my door or returning it. I have requested an addressed return label but, as stated above, they have not responded to the request.

Personally I feel hat I could not recommend this product or this company due to my experience but feel that it is up to each individual as to whether or not they decide to try it or want to take the risk.

I went onto Physical Nutritions website this morning to check again if I could cancel and was appalled to find no way of cancelling this product yet again but that in the orders section was a whole list of product entries. I could not believe my eyes. I took a photo but unfortunately cannot add it to this review. I have not ordered any of these products and do not know if any attempt has been made to take all the money listed from my account. I am 78 years old and this is really upsetting and stressing me out. Tried to access a second time and cannot access the account. Seem to be locked out!!!

I would not use this company again. The 90 day refund is extremely misleading as the refund apparently only applies if the empty bottles are returned prior to the expiry of the 90 days. This means that you have to start the course on the day you receive them and ask for a refund prior to the expiration of the 90th day.
Most customers only order 3 months supply as they are desperate for something that helps with the daily pain. I was certainly hopeful but they did not help. I kept the empty bottles to return and did so immediately I had finished the course.As I hadn't started until a few days after I received the tablets I was informed I was outside the 90 days and therefore ineligible for a refund.
After the initial contact advising me of the above I have been met with silence.
I would advise future customers to steer well clear of this company

I have dealt with this company for a while and have two ongoing subscriptions with them. I have found their products to be very effective. However my recent experience has been far from satisfactory. On starting a new subscription - I found the website pricing to be very misleading. After several conversations and emails I said I wanted the order cancelled yet it is still being sent. The agents were not interested in managing my
concerns or wishes at all.

Purchased 3 bottles of tablets for my arthritic knee but thy have not made any difference.I had three spells in hospital thus taking me over the 90 days guarantee and I was told that I was ineligible for any refund.So buyer beware.

Very disappointing – avoid this company

Ordered Activ 8 tablets but the product was not as described. The bottle was unsealed, and some tablets were missing. I was promised a discount when I first rang to raise the issue, but when I followed up, Rhian had no recollection of the conversation. Completely unacceptable – poor product and poor customer service.

I was very sceptical about this product, but decided to give it a go. I was feeling old, tired, stiff and overweight, so the ad made sense to me. It described me to a tee. Being brutally honest, just mixed with water as per instructions it tastes fowl. To get round this I mix it with my regular protein shake, together I think they taste great. I’m now on my 2nd pack and I have to say I feel FANTASTIC. I’m more like my old self. It’s not all down to the product though, but it has given me a boost to get back on my bike and even started racing again. My cycling buddies have commented on how much stronger I am in a short space of time and on reflection I have to give some credit to muscle protect. I really believe it’s made a difference. I’m not snacking as I don’t feel as hungry, doing 100 miles a week on my bike both of which has helped me lose 5kg. Still got a ways to go but I’ll definitely be buying my next pack when i run out.

I have only been taking gut Rewild around two weeks, but after years of using other probiotics and prebiotics I am already feeling it is ,making a difference, My gut is feeling more settled and less inflamed , Bloating has eased , constipation eased. stopped taking powerful laxatives and no need for suppositories in the morning to get bowel movement. If this continues for my 3 month trial I will definitely buy more. but this is an early sign as sometimes my gut would settle for a few days. so I will post again with an update in a month or two when I will truly know if this is working

X great improvement in stiffness when arising in the morning and knees getting better every day. Realize I need to take medication continually.

Inflammation is much reduced. The constant burning pain has eased and I am now able to get my leg into a comfortable position which enables me to sleep.

It's early days - one month in to taking Activ8 daily. Am noticing subtle changes in flexibility and that really uncomfortable knee pain has been muffled/subdued to some degree and as a result am finding it easier to find a comfortable position to sleep in! I'm hoping that this will continue to improve

Muscle Protect powder; tastes awful. I’ve started using 50% milk and still awful. Strong aftertaste.
No idea if it’s helping my muscles 🤷‍♂️
