I went in last Wednesday to get my phone fixed however Shah the wonderful individual he is tried to do all he could to fix it. Sadly he could not fix my phone but had tried for over 2 hours and so many different things.

However after everything had happened he told me he was very sorry that he could not fix my phone but gave me an option to purchase a new iPhone 12 to which I did and since then it has worked perfect with no issues because of my phone not being able to be fixed he also added on a free case and screen protector for me which was a total of £175 for the iPhone 12 and another 25 for just labour with the cost of the case and screen protector being free.

I would always recommend heading to Phone Doctor if you have any issues in York as they are not only great but extremely friendly, fast and knowledgeable.

I had the BEST experience a month ago at York Phone Doctor! Just went in the shop randomly with a friend. Shah noticed that the glass covering my phone's camera lens was cracked and offered to fix it. Then he fixed the broken front screen protector and showed me a selection of cases! Not pushy, very kind and helpful. I got a case that easily turns into a stand so my phone can remain upright without propping. It's been the most useful case I've ever had. Shabaz found exactly what my friend needed for her phone. Both Shah and Shabaz were so helpful and professional. My phone looks like new and if I need anything again, I will go to York Phone Doctor!

I had a warning coming up before I did anything ,I couldn't delete it.My phone was unusable .
They fixed it in 15 minutes ,very cheap too .Excellent service ,I would definitly recommend !!

Superb customer service. Visited twice this week and sold my Samsung S20 FE 5G. On both occasions they were brilliant to deal with. Super helpful and very knowledgeable. They gave a fair price and assessed the phone quickly. Also gave me some excellent advice regarding a new phone and fixing my daughter's. All in all an excellent experience. Thank you so much.

My screen was black, the phone was useless to me. The technician at York mended it quickly and efficiently. The phone is in perfect working order now. Only £50.00 - much cheaper than a new phone!

Came in for my phone- screen had suddenly stopped working and it kept turning on and off. Quoted me 110, told me to come back in an hour- they replaced the screen and only charged me 45 pounds! Fantastic job, phone is good as new

NOT Impressed took a old samsung phone into horsham branch .wanted data transferred to a Doro phone from the samsung mobile .Was told it cant be done as ithe Doro works on a differnt operating platform .Looked up on line they appear to both operate on the same platform which according to info is Android so who is right ???

Really fast (one hour) battery replacement and actually seemed genuinely happy they'd been able to help me out. Really great service! Highly recommend these guys!
