Phlebotomy Services were extremely helpful when I was looking for a private blood test. The planned and quoted for my requirements and assisted in deciding on the best test for my circumstance. There costing were very economical especially as they were offering to travel a 60mile all round journey to take the blood.
Phlebotomy Services offer a quick turn around with the results in my case later that same day.

They responded to all my enquiries, provided quotes with very short notice, and returned the blood test results very quickly (they don't have a laboratory for the analyses as the mainly offer phlebotomy service, but they also work with external facilities for the blood tests). The staff is also very friendly. Highly recommend it.

Look no further if you need help with needle phobic children. Can't rate highly enough. Approached Jayne as her company helped my niece and totally transformed the blood test experience for her, from a needle phobic girl so some happy to have one. Jayne stayed late on a Friday evening to get a blood test done with our son. We had spent over an hour in an NHS surgery earlier that day and failed. There are some very kind and good people out there, Jayne is one of them - can't thank her enough.

The whole experience was perfectly smooth from the booking to the actual bloods. The nurse that we saw was exceptional and made myself and my husband feel at ease and comfortable. The procedure was quick and painless. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I have an extreme needle phobia that had made getting a blood test done an impossibility for the past 12 years. I tried exposure therapy and various blood test attempts with different clinics and doctors to no avail. Jayne at Phlebotomy Services did what no one else could and got a sample out of me. She made me feel comfortable and talked through everything with me. She took the time to listen to my fears and concerns with the tests and let me know that even if I couldn’t get in done on the day, she wouldn’t give up on me.
Her caring nature, and deep understanding of my phobia made me feel I could trust her. I cannot express how grateful I am to Jayne and the team for being patient and kind beyond measure. After years of failed attempts, I found success here. I have even been back again, and it gets easier each time knowing that they won’t rush me and still take the care and extra attention I need.
If, like me, you have a needle phobia, sensory issues or autism then I cannot recommend Jayne enough.

Thank you so much for allowing our 11 year old such a positive experience after so much dread, blood phobia and past medical traumas, it’s helped him in such a huge way, he was so proud of himself and feels so much more confident about medical things now and trusting he won’t bleed out. Also, he doesn’t even have a bruise or even a tiny mark, it was honestly the best blood test ever!
