Ordered from their bespoke cube product range, delivered within the timescales provided, on receipt packaged to a good standard and overall good quality product. Whilst assembling noticed to rafters were 80mm undersize, had a response within 12 hours and new rafters received within 48hrs on issue being raised. Overall good quality structure and great customer service

Bought The Cube pergola.

I accepted that I was paying a lot more than buying the timber myself and trying to form good joints.....I presumed that the pre-formed joints would be excellent and that it was worth paying for that engineering skill.

Quality of the timber was good.

However one joint was a tight fit and the wood cracked on the main upright.

It would also seem that there was a mix up with the length Vs breadth of the cube so the rafters were all too long and had to be cut to length.

Anyways, it's up, it's fairly robust and chunky and looks good.

Called to let me know that delivery was to be on Friday I replied if you could do Monday would be amazing and was delivered Monday afternoon and the timber look great just got to get erected

Fantastic quality product, but Assembly instructions should have been provided, but were not.

Great quality product; ordered a made to measure size and it was exactly right! Well priced IMO compared to standard “take it or leave it” sizes from many suppliers.
The build time is about right, although be careful as it is very heavy and needs (at least) 2 pretty strong (and tall helps) folks to put it together. Great addition to our garden….

We spent a lot of time researching good quality wooden shelters that would be strong and sturdy for a stable/shelter.

The materials initially seem good quality, decent solid wood and we booked in two workmen who are well used to putting up structures but it took them two days (the 2-3 hours quoted is ridiculous) and unfortunately to make it into a usable stable with a decent roof have had re cut a lot of supports to make them properly square and add other reinforcement to the roof as well as sides as they are too flimsy for a stable for a horse.

By the time we have paid for the what we thought was good quality kit and then a lot of extra labour it has turned out the same price as a fully custom built spec structure with higher spec so a bit of a disappointment on what looked like a good quality product.

Very good quality wood and delivered on time.

The Team was very accommodative with my extra request. I however was not too enthusiastic on the actual product. Planks are loose and does not seemed properly sealed. Also the delivery team just completely wrecked my front garden stones

We ordered a gazebo that we’ve used as a cover for an outdoor kitchen. We received excellent service from start to finish. The guys customised the pitch height for us which made it a perfect fit for our garden. Couldn’t be happier with it.

What more can I say!

After searching online for wooden pergolas and rejecting many others for their poor design or materials/ limited headroom/ stock sizes, I was delighted to discover Pheasant & Co – struck by their CUBE Pergola’s modern design and sturdy materials, and particularly that it can be made to customer measurements - here in the heart of the Country.

Their story and ethos are impressive; their website is easy to follow and to use to create the building to your specification – input the measurements and your requirements and the computer works out the price and schedules the manufacture. My phone query was handled courteously by Ross who also confirmed my online order. And the finished product was deliverable inside two weeks.

It is a substantial piece of kit(!) – a robust and contemporary design, good-sized quality materials and few joints.
With its good quality timbers, all very well prepared/ machined and pre-drilled, it was easy to put together; though due to its sturdy 2.4mx150mm posts the 4m beams are a “big lift and balance” (but this was my choice over other firms’ thinner-timber products that would have been easier to elevate.). I did have somebody to support the posts while I did the lifting and securing, but otherwise managed the footings and assembled the kit myself.
The corner braces have not been needed (the construction is perfectly squared and solid) and I think it looks better without them. A few rafters towards each end had to be shortened slightly (though the kit was assembled perfectly, it narrowed by almost a centimetre). I sourced pre-cut aluminium sheets to cap the posts and protect the joints (maybe not necessary, being 150mm square they are reduced far less than 100mm would be) and in keeping with the design.

All-in-all, very pleased with it.

Received within two weeks which is great and went up easily. Was small bolt missing (but I think it may have been in back of lorry). Customer services posted replacement out immediately and all good. Looks really good and quality is far better than I expected for price. 🙏
