1 ☆ - Ordered a boiler came opened. Only found out upon collection. After wrangling and trying to sort it at last minute. Got another boiler. Thank you.
Order a complete Air conditioning unit. Quoted a price. After trying to confirm it was correct and being told it was. I put a quote to the the customer. Who accepted. Was then informed the price was incorrect. They DID the honourable thing and kept it at the price quoted. Again, Thank you.
2 ☆ - For the efforts of one maybe two individuals who went out of their way to resolve the issues
Now the comedy of errors, and no you cant nake it up. Order Air con equipment 5 days before fitting. Only a few things turned up. Friday morning. Still missing major parts. Was told they would be here by close of play. Nope they were not. Told they will be here Saturday. Again, nope they had not arrived. Now missed two other jobs that were booked in. One was for another installation of Air Con (definitely would not recommend PHC parts to supply them A/C).
Now told it will be in on Monday. Lets wait and see.
Another three customers, I have to let down on Monday. Lets wait and see.
My customer is really upset, which I dont blame him.
The most shocking part of this is....
Daikin (the supplier to PHC), shares a space in PHC parts building.
Daikin's warehouse is only 2 hours drive away. From each other, and the urgency and importance is not either ones key concern.
It appears that PHC parts do not want to upset Daikin and Daikin don't feel it is urgent to support PHC parts.
Would I recommend either as suppliers?
NO. Especially when they have so many competitors around.
Recommend the staff? PHC, yes, definitely.

Our chimney sweep recommended replacing a broken part on our woodstove. It was quick & easy to find and order the part, the price was fair, and it arrived the next day.
Delivery issues knocked that 5th * off though:
- Delivery cost is not shown until the last stage of the checkout
- Only next-day delivery is available. I would prefer a choice to pay less for slower delivery, like other suppliers do.
- I didn't receive any dispatch/delivery notification, so when I tried to pick it up at the post office, they didn't know which courier's pile to look it and they couldn't find it. I had to phone PHC, however they answered quickly, confirmed it had been delievered, and told be the courier.
Trousers Nightmare – Wrong Sizes, Extra Fees, No Response!
We ordered two pairs of Helly Hansen Chelsea trousers in black (C50 and C48). Instead, we received one navy C50 and one black C52. The packaging didn’t match the contents, and we were charged £7.50 for delivery. We've contacted the company for an exchange but haven't heard back. For £177.02, we expected better service. Order #979830. Will update this 1-star review once the issue is resolved.
