Product STILL not delivered - "because YOU give WRONG ADDRESS " .You should add this important info to your review ,because like this ,it's a false review and don't reflects the true ,of what really happened.
The tracking details shows exactly this : "Your address is incomplete"

Also we answered you at least 3 times by email ,telling you all this ,all tracking details ,and you know this is the true ,and even yourself confirmed this by email by giving only now another new correct address.

We will repeat again for the 5th time ,your item it's in post office ,awaiting you contact them for correct address ,and schedule a new delivery.
If you refuse and insist on don't contacting them ,it will returned back.

So ,instead of losing your time ,on letting negative false reviews that don't reflects what's really happened ,you should focus on solving the problem,and just contact the post office and them your item will be delivered to correct address.

You should know ,that the only reason you still don't received your order ,it's only because of your own fault , you need give a complete and correct address ,that's the minimum for receive it.

Once for all contact post office , and you will receive the item.

The tracking link details was sent to your email ,after order shipped ? Do you received it ? Please check your spam folder. We have resent immediately now a new email with tracking details .

Your order was shipped immediately by EXPRESS Australia Post ,the NORMAL estimated delivery time its 5 work days to Australia.
Offcourse all international orders can be subject to delays because of customs inspection.
Unfortunately , ALL shipments to Australia are delayed ,this is because of Australia Post it's having problems on handling and processing shipments in Australia ,this is happening to ALL shipments to Australia delivered by Australia Post and shipped from any country or seller.
