We are genuinely sorry to read about your experience and appreciate how frustrating it must have been to be without an order that you were expecting, particularly where medication is concerned.

Although we use a fully tracked delivery service, we do not currently have a third-party integration that proactively alerts our team when a tracked parcel has not yet been delivered. We appreciate you highlighting this, and we will be discussing your feedback with our IT engineering team to explore whether a solution can be developed to identify delayed deliveries automatically and help prevent similar situations in the future.

Whilst parcel delivery is handled by our delivery partners, we recognise that it remains our responsibility to support our customers when issues arise. We are sorry to hear that your order did not arrive as expected. Whilst we use a tracked delivery service for our orders, parcels can occasionally be delayed or lost whilst in transit. We appreciate how frustrating this can be and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

We also apologise if our response to your messages did not meet your expectations. We have a dedicated time window for responding to customer enquiries and aim to reply to all queries within 24 hours. Where an enquiry is received over a weekend or on a bank holiday, we aim to respond on the next working day. Following feedback such as yours, we have recently held a meeting with our Customer Services team to review these response timeframes and identify further improvements to ensure customers are kept informed throughout the resolution process.

Once a delivery issue has been investigated and a refund is deemed appropriate, we process refunds immediately via the original payment method. Whilst refunds are issued without delay from our side, there can occasionally be additional processing time before the funds appear in your account, depending on the card issuer or payment provider.

We categorically reject the suggestion that Pharmaease is a scam. We are a registered UK pharmacy and healthcare provider, committed to providing our customers with a safe, reliable and professional service.

At the time your order was placed, we had only recently been onboarded to the Groupon platform and unfortunately experienced some order synchronisation issues between the marketplace and our order management system. Whilst this does not lessen the inconvenience caused, it did contribute to delays affecting a small number of orders during that period. We are pleased to confirm that these issues were identified and have since been fully resolved.

As a registered UK pharmacy, we have a professional and legal responsibility to ensure that medicines supplied are safe and appropriate for each individual. This is why, on some occasions, we may need to ask additional questions before dispatching an order. These checks are carried out to help ensure that the medicine is suitable for you, does not interact with any other medicines you may be taking, and is safe to use based on the information provided. Whilst we understand this can occasionally cause a short delay, patient safety will always remain our highest priority.
