Really poor customer service. I was sent an email asking for a review and how the racket was going and we hadn't even received the racket yet. It didn't arrive until 3 days after the email requesting a review. Then my 14 year old son uses it twice and on the 3rd time the strings break. He's never ever had a newly strung racket break within such a short amount of time. They tried to tell me it was 'user error', that he hit the shot wrong and too powerful - he's 14 and not a big 14 so not a powerful hitter. His coach with him when they broke said they had not been strung properly, and possibly too tight. I would not use these guys again. They were willing to do nothing, not even offer to restring or refund the strings. Poor service after taking my £170.

Appalling customer service. Refused to give me a refund on a “clearance” item (Adidas tennis shoes, which did not fit) until I pointed out to them that it is THE LAW to give a refund for online purchases! They then ONLY refunded the cost of the item until I pointed out AGAIN that it is THE LAW to refund the original postage cost!! Will never ever buy from this place again.
