Easy to use website, excellent communication
Needed an oil cap replacement for my Peugeot... I couldn't find one on the larger parts dealership websites, but found one easily through this company's website.

Ordered bonnet foams LHS & RHS for 207
I'm willing to change the star rating but as of today I've received no reply so 2 stars it is. If the reveiw sounds familiar its because its the same parts and experience as a different reviewer. A week ago I ordered bonnet foams LHS & RHS for 207, emailed parts advisor Ridwaan but no reply.
I think the most annoying thing is not having a response because you can't plan. I have an alternative way forward, but its being blocked by lack of communication.
UPDATE: 4/6/25 I've just had a reply and apology for the delayed response and shipping. I'm being asked to wait an additional week due to a warehouse issue in France, grateful for the update -star rating increased to 3
UPDATE: 12/6/25 Items received and fitted.

Had great service before but been let down this time, placed order 6 days ago, not heard anything, contacted office, "delay in warehouse" yeah, they have ordered part again ??? Why reorder ? just chase it up, I think they forgot to order 1st time around

Ordered bonnet foams LHS & RHS for…
Ordered bonnet foams LHS & RHS for Peugeot Partner, arrived and received X2 LHS although the packaging stated otherwise. Emailed parts advisor Ridwaan but no reply. Spoke to a gentleman on the phone who explained the problem was with the supplier in France but couldn't replace the part with the correct one.
Two weeks on I'm still waiting for a telephone call to arrange pickup for a refund. All I'm wanting is to replace one of the LHS bonnet foams with a RHS as this ain't my error.
