Also, Pet Station Cardiff have got every order correct since we started using them, thank you! ..we used to use GO RAW who were very strange people and used to give us whatever Albion Puppy they had left, even when I requested chicken.

Pet station staff are always friendly, polite and helpful when I ring to order my pet food. The driver that does the deliveries is also polite. This all leads to a very pleasant experience. Thank you all

I’m so disappointed
I’m so disappointed. I was long time customer and I was always happy but today happened something that shocked me.
I had order for £35 and delivery driver left it outside the building I live in and someone apparently stole it. I called the delivery driver (who was super kind a tried to help me so much) and the company. The man on a phone was super rude and arrogant. He tried to tell me that it is my fault that I wasn’t home (I was at the Vet for emergency because my dog was bleeding) and what do I expect to the driver just because of me to go back to the station.
I’m sorry but I was a delivery driver and this is how it works. At least next time try the doors or shove it in a safe place.
I’m really sad because I loved this company and Ive told everyone to use them for food.
After all they said they are gonna refund my money back. I hope they do but I’m not coming back.

Its in our policy not to enter any property under any circumstances.
After confirming this with our delivery driver, we tried to contact you straight away once I mentioned "I am phoning from Pet Station Cardiff" you hang up the phone. I thought maybe it was a bad line I tried to contact you again and you didn't answer.
When no one is home, we leave the products in a safe location in your garden/drive.
Maybe you can double check with your neighbours, if they didn't put it in your house thinking they're being helpful hope to hear from you soon.
