Do not order merchandise from this company. I received my shirt, but it was very different from the image presented online. It was the wrong color and the transfer was cheap, much different from what they put out on Google shopping. I asked for a return/refund because I had been sent something totally different from what I expected, and they refused, even after I sent images of what was in the online presentation versus what I had received. On their website the emphasize that customer service and happy customers are the most important thing to them. Don't believe it.

Poorly communicated lead times. I paid for expedited shipping for delivery this week. Now being told it is made to order and takes 9 business days to make. Poor customer service response. Waiting on my cancellation and refund of my order. Still haven’t received any communication back.

Im unsure how to rate since I have not yet received my item or confirmation of order or shipping yet I was charged so I'm hoping it comes soon.

Admittedly the wait was long, but the order arrived and was great quality. Thank you!

I never received my purchases. I received no emails for tracking and no one will respond to any of my emails

Put order in and received thanks for my order. Never heard again until I wrote them. They thanked me again but no status on my order
